Very clean, accessible staff 24/7, location, nicely designed rooms in terms of layout/aesthetics, good shower pressure, shower with hose, memory foam like bed

Shower slow to drain, rooms could have a bit more lighting

The location of the hotel was very nice and central, and the building was beautifully french.

Room service, customer service, and restaurant were terrible. Breakfast buffet was empty regardless of time of day, room service food arrived cold. Room service did not replenish coffee, cups, towels, and body wash,so we bought our own at the local store

Everything was great. The staff at the reception were especially kind and helpful, my request was also taken seriously - I was given a quiet room with a window facing the inner courtyard. The hotel is stylish and tastefully decorated, with a warm, pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent as well, and I loved the jazz music in the breakfast room.

Friendly very amenable staff, very helpful.Breakfast is good and fresh, excellent choices.Well placed to be equal distances to the main locations, the transport connection is good.

The size of the junior suite, robes/slippers, and Nespresso available. It was clean and the size of the room was great for a small group. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were very kind and attentive. The location was very good also, 40 minute walk to Notre Dame or a few minutes walk to the Grands Boulevards metro. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Located at the end of street that has very narrow access points which meant most taxis would not do door drop off or collection. Minor point as weather was fine for us to walk a little with the suitcases.

Everything, good breakfast, clean room and specially the position . The staff was very polite and available;)

The room is quite little

The staff and breakfast were the best. Location is pretty good too, close to busy streets but on a very quiet one.

the noise- walls are very thin, there is construction happening next door, noise also from outside of the hotel at night

The staff were always happy to facilitate our needs. The hotel’s location is also another plus, being at a wonderful area with many attractions accessible both by metro and walking if you want to feel the vibe on the streets.

I love the comfort of the room, breakfast area, hotel location, the front reception staff service, everything about this hotel is fantastic..

The price is a little on the high side..

Excellent location and great transport links. Staff were nice enough and the rooms were spacious.

Main room was quite dark, not a lot of light sources- lamps, fixtures (perhaps not an issue if staying in the summer).
