Yllen Eiffel Hotel

The front desk staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The 4 person suite was a little small but very comfortable. We loved being able to walk outside on the balcony. If you leaned to the right a little bit you could see the Eiffel Tower!

The only thing I didn't like were the dead squashed bugs on the ceiling in the shower-squashed by the previous occupants?

Initially booked for 4 nights, but had to check out after 1 night. It was explicitly stated the reservation was non-refundable, but the hotel on their own refunded me the nights I didn't stay with no fuss whatsoever. Amazing!

Friendly staff, nice location, perfect breakfast.

Location is perfect. 30 minutes walk to the Eiffeltower but for the lazy ones the metro is 10 steps from the hotel. It's not a noisy surrounding which is good for your nights. Employees are friendly. The outdoor atmosphere in this area is convenient.

Maybe for some it's disturbing to hear the metro. It sounds like thunder lightning far far away. You get used to it. It stops in the night.

Lovely staff who were so friendly and helpful. The room was fabulous with a comfortable bed. It is so convenient for the metro and buses, but also easy walking to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. The birthday balloons and decorations were so nice, they made it a really special occasion!

Our adapter wasn't a great fit for the plug sockets, and there were limited USB charging points. It would be nice to have had one nearer the bed, but it wasn't really an issue.

The hotel is located at a super convenient location where Metro station is just in front of the hotel’s gate and many bus stops are nearby. The window is big and bright. The staff are very friendly and easygoing.

Breakfast could be improved if more fresh cooked items are available, such as Omelets.

I was upgraded on arrival and room was excellent, with little balcony and sitting area that was very pleasurable. Since weather was nice during my stay, I enjoyed having coffee and tea and relaxing in the sunset. Bed was very comfortable, good cosmetics in bathroom, clean, good breakfast. Staff was discrete, helpful and friendly, I felt appreciated and welcomed. In years, I stayed in various hotels in Paris and this one I will remember with joy.

The hotel is located not far from the Eiffel Tower and very close to the metro station. The hotel is very clean. On New Year’s Eve, they even prepared a small surprise gift, which was a lovely touch.

At check-in, the room was not ready yet, so we had to wait for a very long time. The insulation was not sufficient, making the room too cold in winter. The bathroom was very small.

Booked the smallest room as I was travelling for one night on business, room was EXCEPTIONAL and spacious. It was a good location, as I felt safe walking at night (as a solo YA traveller) they’re are many good bakeries nearby, and it’s a 30min stunning walk to both Luxembourg gardens and the Eiffel Tower. Coming to Paris again, I’ll be staying here again!

Location (in front of the metro station), confortable rooms, nice staff

The breakfast is excellent. The salmon and avocado are above average! The housekeeping is excellent, the room is perfectly clean, the bed is comfortable and the linens are perfect. The room is warm and cozy. The bathroom is large and comfortable, the L'Occitane cosmetics are wonderful. Kusmi tea is my favorite.

I prefer more vegetables for breakfast ;)
