Convenient location, friendly staff, were upgraded and could early check-in, forgot sunglasses and the staff was keeping them safe until could get them

Good location in a nice Parisian district full of restaurants and bars near the central part of the city. There are 2 metro stations/3 metro lines in 2-5 min walking from the hotel; Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est are in 15-20 min walking.The personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary equipment. Very recommendable.

Nice Parisian hotel. Rooms typical sized for Paris, very comfortable bed and big lobby for a 3 star hotel.

Internet connection was not stable at all on the first night in my floor. Staff was very attentive and when unable to fix it, kindly switched me to a bigger room where the internet worked and offered complimentary breakfast.

Lovely comfy hotel. Nice coffee in rooms, comfortable beds, clean and in a great location next to a metro.

Walking distance from Gare du nord. Great location for metro, buses, restaurants, shops etc. Welcoming staff, clean comfortable rooms with kettle, tea, coffee. Very comfortable beds and really quiet rooms. Good breakfast and complimentary coffees. Very well priced and would definitely return.

Bathroom door issue - but was rectified immediately

The location is perfect. Several metro lines in walking distance and lots of restaurants, cafes and Boulangeries in walking distance. Also as a solo travelling woman, I felt safe in the area. It seems the hotel is still busy renovating. I had a modern room which was super clean. Only the foyer was still a bit under construction. I also liked it that the room was quiet and dark. Lots of hotels have little lights everywhere nowadays.

I had trouble finding it first, as the name of the hotel was not easy to spot in the dark. Probably that will improve after the renovations are completely done

Amazing staff, super clean and the location is perfect. The metro is right there, and if you want, walking to the Louvre is only like 20 minutes from the hotel. We had such a great stay here and made our trip in Paris really cool

The triple room we had was quite spacious and very cozy with amazing bathroom. Very comfy beds and quiet despite facing the street.

The hotel is preparing for renovation so it was not super clean on the corridor.

A fantastic location, walking distance to most historical attractions and surrounded by fantastic food options! the staff were absolutely wonderful, very kind and welcoming and helpful with lots of recommendations for restaurants, cafes and things to do. The room was a little on the smaller side but beautiful and very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and modern! The breakfast on offer was also wonderful, a great variety of options both sweet and savoury.

The amenities were a little bit basic, but this was easy to overlook.

A truly lovely stay at the hotel! The room was excellent, the bathroom had just been renovated, it was clean and the stuff so helpful! I recommend it 100%!!

The room was very nice, close to the elevator and had everything you would need.

The only thing that was not so good was not having a window that opened or allowed light in. I had to have the lights on all the time, and could not tell when it was morning.

Excellent location and a super helpful staff. Room sizes are generous from Paris standards. We had a triple room booked nd it was good size with windows and fairly large bathroom. Furnishings were good.

The only downside is the noise you get from outside which is clearly above average for good hotel. However, we put white noise on our phones and were able to sleep through well.

Overall, I really liked this place — it was very clean, pleasant, and comfortable. The towels and everything needed for convenience were provided, which made the stay very nice.The only downside was that someone entered my room at 11 a.m. without knocking, even though the checkout time is at 12. Apart from that, everything was great!

The staff were so lovely, super friendly. They gave me a free upgrade and a room with windows onto the courtyard (so it was very quiet for the location)

The corridor was I presume being renovated, it was in a bit of a state but there was no noise or anything. The carpets quite old but bathroom recently renovated and really clean
