Academie Hotel Saint Germain

Excellent location and central to many tourist sites.

Extremely tiny room. There was no place to put luggage so the tiny amount of space for walking around the bed was taken up with suitcases. It was claustrophobic for a 4 night stay.

Nice location and extremely helpful staff. I particularly enjoyed the way they accommodated my requests for assistance with resolving computer and internet issues.

Location and staff

Loved the location! The staff was exceptional and really added value to my stay. Housekeeping was done daily. The room was lovely. I stayed in a deluxe room. Breakfast was also really yummy. Great for one person but may be a bit of a squeeze for two people with luggage’s. Will definitely book with them again.

Pretty botiqie hotel in excellent location. Room was very small. Not much spaceto unpack or put luggage once unpacked. Would be ok for one person. They do have larger roomsbut were sold out so we were unable to upgrade.

Great location and room was clean

Location is in the perfect spot. Close to everything and super safe. Wonderful hotel but as is the case in many hotels in Paris, the rooms are small.

Room was a little small.

The location of the hotel was excellent and in walking distance of many places. The room was comfortable and tidy

There were some opportunities for improvement in the service.

I love the small boutique hotels. We have stayed here in the past and have always loved it. They are so accommodating. Breakfast is fabulous. Rooms are amazing. The decorations for Christmas were unbelievable.

very friendly staff, clean, good location,

Cosy nice, nice people and amazing location

No real coffee machine in the room

Perfect location, decoration was beautiful, beds were very comfortable.

Small rooms, but worth it.

Beautifully decorated hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beds could’ve been more comfortable.

Everything. Friendly staff, the room was clean comfortable and spacious be French standards. Location was wonderful and close to metro. Very satisfied with our experience.

Beautiful clean rooms ; excellent location; helpful staff

Small rooms but to be expected in Paris

Nice, comfortable rooms, great location

They made us change rooms on last day of our trip. Not sure why the reservation was accepted and paid for if we couldn’t stay in room we booked. They upgraded us to a suite for the room change but it was a huge inconvenience and upgrade didn’t matter. If they were going to bump and upgrade should have done it upon arrival. Won’t stay here again or recommend

Location

Room was too small Hallway was too narrow Elevator was broken Bed was not standard Bathroom was small Room ceiling was too low

Location was excellent. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room had everything you needed, including good AC- albeit very small

Room was a tight squeeze, but worth it and expected for Paris.

Extremely friendly and accommodating service. Provided umbrellas on a rainy evening and late night water bottles when we returned home. Room was very comfortable and even took a relaxing bath one night!

Beautiful room and lobby. The staff was great!! Perfect location

We were so happy there!

The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful suburb, with everything you need right at your doorstep. The area feels very safe, and it’s pleasant to walk around at any time of day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. A special thanks to Nerea and Patricia, who made our stay even more enjoyable!

Nothing. Everything was great!
