Very clean room and up to date bathroom, which was both great. I also liked the location close to the canal and close to many subway lines.

The bed or sheets are synthetic, which is uncomfortable. The rooms are not cheap, but the facilities are.

The room service sometimes didn’t change used cups or refill the complimentary coffee or tea.

Staff was polite, helpful and professional. Shoutout to the cleaning staff: the room was absolutely pristine, I don’t recall the last time I was so impressed with how clean a hotel bathroom was!About my room: during my check-in, the receptionist informed me that I was going to stay in the most beautiful room and I thought that this was probably a kind thing to tell a new guest. Upon arriving in my room (182) I realized he was absolutely right. The room was super clean, the bathroom was clearly just renovated (or very well kept after a recent renovation) and I had a lovely view from my windows that included the Sacre-Coeur. The room was spacious and I found out later that it was a “family room” (there were 3 beds), so my experience is certainly not representative of other typos of room. About the location: I am a regular in Paris and I absolutely love the location for its not so touristic character. So perhaps not the greatest for people who are staying shortly in Paris for tourism, as location will add extra time in transport.

Perfect location for a short stay. Near to metro station, there are cafes and groceries everywhere. 10minutes walk to Gare l'est and Gare du nord.

Very small room, no water, no mini fridge.

Location was fantastic. We had a room with balcony and the view was incredible from the sixth floor. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy and bathroom was cute and quite clean

There were some weird stains in the bath, unidentifiable. I did arrange to have an early check-in weeks before arriving, but that was not possible upon arrival which messed with our plans. Also the website mentionned we’d have a minifridge, unfortunately that wasn’t true so we had so get rid of all the food we’d taken. Waste.

Small room, no lift

The room was good value for money and had very comfortable clean beds. For exploring a city it is the perfect stay. The staff at the front desk are exceptional.

The room was a little small and the layout of the building was strange.

Staff super friendly, great location. Plenty of food options in the area. Nice breakfast choice,metro just yards away and beds super comfy. Will diffrantly stay here again.

The property is in what is probably an underrated location. We had access to so many metro stations that getting around Paris was a breeze. The property itself had everything we needed. We change from a double room on the courtyard side to a two twin room on the street side and the noise was minimal and we appreciated having the two twins for a little extra sleeping space

Can’t say there was anything that we did not like.
