HEY WERE Friendly, clean, and the location is great.

Room was spacious, clean, plenty of towels.

There is a stairs up the reception. Could be difficult for elderly or people with walking issues.

Super comfortable, quiet building, close to the best shopping places, very friendly staff. I would stay there again, for sure!

There is a stair before heading to the reception and the elevator is quite small.

The second day they cleaned the room but forgot to take out some bags that the last customers left in the room

The location was very good. The room was clean.

The pillow was very firm. The smell of cheap washing liquid was from the bed linen. The mice was walking between the upper floor and our ceiling. We heard it scratching and running around when we just started to fell asleep. It was awful and scared at the same time.

Great location in theater district. The staff was great and the bed was one of the better we slept in during our trip. The afternoon snacks and refreshments were a nice touch along the water in the room . I would prefer a shower in the bathroom but the shower novel was OK. We bought the breakfast once in our 3 days and that was good.

I prefer a shower in a bathroom.

The staff! They are so kind, so caring and helpful! It was our second stay here, high value for money!

Location is great with food and metro stops nearby. The Louvre is near-ish by and this was a great hotel for our stay at the end of December. The heat works great (maybe even too well).

The elevator is small and only one; so I ended up doing the 5 flights of stairs up and down several times during our stay. The bathroom just had a tub with a handheld shower head with no curtain or divider, we made it work but not ideal.

Very close to the Opera. 3 blocks away from the bus that takes you to the airport directly(13euro). Close to all shops, walking distance.

Hotel location is excellent, many Japanese restaurants nearby. Room is extremely quiet at night even it is on main road with chain fast food store next door.

The lift is out if order n stairs is high .Too tired to climb after walking 6 hours in the city.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable.

The elevator was out of order so I had to climb the stairs to 5th floor. The bathroom was very tiny and the water pressure was low. I felt unsafe when I found the window left open after I came back to my room on the second day of my stay.

Location and comfortable and clean hotel. Registration was very pleasant especially because the front desk guy was really kind and accommodating. He is from Algeria I think k. I can’t remember his name but he was very very very nice.

The location is very good, right in the center of Paris! Staff is friendly.

The beds were uncomfortable, which in my opinion is a top priority for a hotel. There's a bathtub, but no shower splash guard, so showering in the tub is impossible. We requested a quiet room and were given one on the top floor, as there would be minimal street noise. What they didn't tell us was that they were working on ventilation in the attic, which meant there was some noise from 9 a.m. onward and during the day. Furthermore, I think they had to enter our room during the day as well, as we found some dirt in the bathroom and dirty hands on the ceiling hatch. And once, when we were there during the day, they simply opened the door without knocking.

Location was amazing and Oscar on the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient with us. The breakfast was very good. A very safe area

The location was great. The room was clean and had the minimum required (soap, etc).The young guy at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast areas is very pleasant and you can stay there late in the evening to work, as needed..

The room was extremely small. No space to move around. It was hard to get my suitcase out. There are a lot of stairs to get to the reception and I had a heavy suitcase because I was in transit to another city. However, the guy at the reception came down to help me out.

The staff (two gentlemen) at the reception upon arrival were very helpful and attentive. Our room was changed to a quieter room facing the courtyard as soon as we requested. We were unexpectedly offered a nice body care set from the hotel ! The hotel linen and towels were sparkling white, the room was made every day. Location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes walk from Opera Garnier

The breakfast was not great but ok. Had to climb a long staircase to reach the reception of the hotel. The bed in the room was too small for two not very fat
