Château des Fleurs Hôtel & Spa Paris

Location was ideal for my visit to the Lido and Arc De Triomphe. I had no trouble driving to the location.

The web page claimed "free parking" but when I checked in the staff shrugged their shoulders and told me to park in public parking.

It is very close to the Champs Elysees especially if you want to go shopping and sightseeing. It is stylish and rooms are very clean.

Room was a little bit cluttered with too many things especially for a small room like that.

Location, staff, and cleanness.

The smell in my floor was bad, smelled like basil. I asked for queen bed and they had joined a twin bed together and covered it up with a bed covered looked like mattress and it was not comfortable. They should rethink their tubs as they are very dangerous and sharp, any wrong movement could result in an injury.

It wasn’t my first time in the hotel. I came back here because it was awesome last time. The same I would say about this time. Staff was very very supportive and helpful, very friendly and welcoming. We loved interior, location, bar, food, staff. Our bed was very comfortable!

We checked in for a one night stay before leaving Paris, and our rooms were ready early at 12pm! We also got massages and went to the spa before checking in which was wonderful. The interiors are so unique and staff is very accommodating and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

At this perfect hotel, where I felt as comfortable as if I were at home, my mother and I had a very peaceful and enjoyable time. With its location, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, this place has definitely become my home in Paris. The quality and cleanliness of the room, along with the wonderful decoration, made it so nice to sleep comfortably. We would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality.

Fantastic central location! Small boutique and rooms larger than normal for Paris. Staff were really friendly and welcoming! Room service lunch was basic, cold and expensive for what it was. Cocktails in the bar were however good! Could do with more music to help with the vibe.

The spa amenities are poor, it’s a plunge pool come jacuzzi that is luke warm, not pleasant. The sauna wasn’t working, no other facilities available. Smelt strong of cleaning chemicals.

Everything was excellent.

Staff greeted us as soon as we arrived. They were super friendly and gave us a room as soon as it was available (12 pm instead of 3 pm). The hotel is very charming and is perfect if you want to feel that “parisian” stay. The room was spacious for the city’s standards and the bathroom has a bidet!!! The location is amazing for visiting the city (3 min walk from the Champs Elysee Metro Station). Definitely recommend and can’t wait to comeback!!

The boutique feel and look

As part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, I had high expectations for this property, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short.For three consecutive nights, the elevator squeaked non-stop, making it nearly impossible to sleep peacefully. Additionally, the lobby—typically a space for relaxation or productivity—was disrupted by staff loudly conversing across the room, showing little regard for guests’ comfort or the serene atmosphere expected from an SLH property.While the property has potential, attention to these details is critical to truly uphold the standards of a Small Luxury Hotel.
