Proximity to POI and transportation. Cleaning every day. More like a 2.5 hotel.
They are in construction so impossible to sleep in. The noise of the trash collection at 7 am was loud in the 4th floor. This hotel is suited for people that want to go shopping. No nightlife. Rooms are tiny & breakfast is the same everyday.
