The location was good for the price

Stairs were a huge challenge even for a 40 year old. Rooms were quite small. Staff was not very helpful when asking questions of what’s around the area. Also limited english.

The location was great for the things we wanted to do. The staff was lovely and the decor was fun!

A working refrigerator and microwave in the room would have made it perfect.

It was extremely clean.

Improving accessibility or providing assistance for luggage would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Since the hotel attracts guests from diverse cultures and religions, I recommend adding a Muslim shower (bidet spray) in the washrooms. This would be very convenient for guests who prefer water for hygiene instead of toilet paper and would eliminate the need for alternatives like water bottles.My room was on the 3rd floor, and the stairs were quite narrow, making it difficult to move luggage up and down. The room felt like Paris and the location was excellent. A call out to Don at the desk for making it an extremely funny stay. Would love to stay there again.

The property was with no elevator the guys gave me a room in the 3d floor and I found myself climbing as same as the monkey across narrow bath with my bags..Every time I was thinking to go for smoke or to buy something I change my mind when I think about how to reach my room ..there was no AC just a small van ..I arrived from Rome so tired and frustrated because I lost my flight back home ..I was in a bad need to sleep..it was 1pm but It seprised me that the check in time is 3 pm and check out is 11 Am ..What a great systemI escaped 10 Am next day to Find much better place..

Room was very small. No air conditioner; and not able to open windows without moving the beds.

NO ELEVATOR! I’m a small gal, travelling alone and the staff put me on the top floor-5 flights of stairs with 3 bags. Not healthy and I hurt my back. Glad I had not children with me as the wallpaper and art were a bit pornographic?‍?

You can hear people in the staircase pretty loudly since the door doesn’t really block the noise

We will stay here again. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean, the bed was large and comfy, it was quiet, the breakfast was sufficient, the location was ideal. The value was good for what we paid, given that it is in Paris.

The room and bathroom were small but that is to be expected in Paris for the room rate that we paid for a two star hotel.

Location is great, close to the tourist attractions, bus stops, and metros (walking distance). There are also restaurants, markets and pharmacies nearby making it very convenient. Staffs are very nice!

The room is too small and poor of soundproof. The sounds in neighboring rooms, corridors, and outside the windows could be heard very clearly. The room is also very poor of ventilation (no A/C), make the room to be felt 5 °C higher than the outside. There is no elevator, and the stair is not very friendly for climbing.

Super cute, standard European hotel. Decorations were lovely. Loved the electric window shade. Excellent shower. Comfortable beds.

This is a standard European hotel in that there are no elevators, and the rooms were on the small side. Not a deal breaker for sure, but just good to know for someone larger.

Everything was great. Charming little hotel. It was difficult to get up 3 floors of stairs for this 78 year old.

Very comfortable beds. Nice and convenient location for la tour eiffel and river trips. Good to have a kettle, tea and coffee in the room.

The sliding door for the ensuite meant it wasn't very private and room very small.

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to every point of interest. It is very clean and has fast Wi-Fi. The room is not large but very functional (laptop-size safebox, a table, a small fridge, and electric window blinds). The staff was friendly and helpful. In general, the hotel's price performance is perfect.

The room was so clean, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the bathroom was sparkling (the cleanest shower I've ever seen), it was in a fantastic location near to the Eiffel Tower, quirky decorations and we felt so safe. The room was really small and I'm sure we booked a twin room, but my daughter and I used the spare bedding in the room to each have bedding and share the double. The shower was beautifully hot, and the added showergel was lovely. Really would recommend, we will be back!
