    Pros +

    • Great location near the metro and RER B, excellent breakfast, and friendly, competent staff—
    • Our second stay. Excellent location near the metro and Rue Daguerre. Staff are friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable.
    • Room was clean and of a decent size. Location was well-connected with lots of nice shops, restaurants and cafes in the area. A bonus was there is a metro station on a direct line to CDG 5 minutes away. Staff were nice and we were able to leave our bags before checkin which was a bonus.

    Cons -

    • The room was quite small at first (as is common in Paris), but after mentioning it, we were kindly upgraded to a slightly larger one at no extra cost.
    • The bathrooms are a little tight but manageable.
    • The room could've done with a bit of a facelift. There were tiles missing and loose in the shower which wasn't ideal, although the shower itself was fine. The room had no artwork decorating so felt rather cold, alongside the fact it definitely needs repainting due to scuffs and chips on the wall. There was no main light in the room so it felt quite dark as well. The coffee machine in the room is a nice touch, but needed descaling so I couldn't get it to work. Prior to checkin, there was an online form where we could request certain amenities; however, none of these were present in the room (e.g. slippers, razor) which was fine, but the expectation was there since we were offered them!

Rooms were clean, staff was very nice, everything we needed and they provided help when asked for.

Rooms are very small. There was no mention the hotel was under remodelatio, there was noise in the morning

Clean rooms, everything needed inside the room, very helpful and nice people.

Rooms are small, but they have everything you need. There was no mention of the hotel being under remodelation, so there was some noise in the morning.

    Location

No soundproofing, tv is not in front of the bed, no AC

Location not THAT bad. A lot of restaurants and shops around, but took a long time to get to the eiffel tower. Staff gave us chocolates.Double room got really huge bed. Minibar (tea n coffee). REALLY CUTE CLEAN STAFF.

    1. Rude man at recepction. We didn’t get the information about deposit before. He asked about psychical credit card, then said he can’t give us room without pay €150 for deposit. 2. Water was leaking out of the shower. 3. VERY tiny towels.4. We could hear sounds from another rooms. 5. Had a great balcony in our room but there was scaffolding literally on our window.6. a claustrophobically small elevator7. Not enough lights

    Too expensive for what we...

Location, expensive breakfast on a senior's budget, noisey from the street below, and far from anything we wanted to do. We don't walk far because of our knees & hips, which we managed in Paris the week before, but not in your area.

Great check-in and out experience. We dropped our bags early and they were waiting in our room for us when we checking in.

Need updated pricing on taxi fares to airport. Better off using the G7 Taxi app than having them call for you as the pricing is more transparent.

Good location, near the metro and cute restaurants/bars/stores. The lobby was cute. The view from the room was cute. They offer a breakfast for 13 euro.

The room was tiny, the restroom even tinier. The heat didn’t work, it was chilly in the room and I ended up getting cold. The reception person on the first day of my stay was kind of sassy and made ironic comments, I didn’t like it.

spacious room, good environment, friendly staff, close to tourist attractions, definitely will come back again

Nice location for visiting the main sites of Paris, without staying right in the core. We walked into the centre once which was quite enjoyable although takes about 45 minutes. Very Parisian feel to the area.

The room was clean and moderne. The location was good

Somehow our room, even we were in the corner, still could hear the elevator during the night, which affected our sleep.

Spacious twin room, hotel is in very good location close to two metro stations.Nice french balconny

Room was quite dark and a bit worn out.

The staff were so friendly and nice. They were so attentive and responsive. The room was cleaned every day. The location was great with regard to access to metro and tourist attractions. The neighborhood was also so calm and quiet, providing a great night sleep. The breakfast was good too.

The room was very nice- clean, with all the facilities that we need. The location is wonderful- so close to a metro line 4, and 400 meters from a larger train station. Breakfast was very good and tasty.

Towels, bedsheets and the room itself were clean. The location was close to the metro station and it had many restaurants and cafes nearby. It had an elevator. A super tiny one so we took turns taking it while traveling with suitcases. The staff was professional and friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, since we preferred to eat outside. We were also allowed to take the keys with us. So you can either leave the keys in the hotel or take them with you.

The information on Booking is not complete. Which led to a surprise- we had to pay 100€ deposit since we were staying more than one day. The friendly man at the reception told me that the deposit has to be paid and can be paid either in cash or via the credit card. He told me that it doesn't matter which option we chose. After checking out, if we didn't break or damage anything in the room, we will get the money back. This information was however incorrect, as we found out during the check out. It turned out, that you only get the money back immediately if it was paid in cash. If you pay via card it can take up to 14 days to get the deposit back. This was explained to us by another person at the reception told me- a very professional and friendly young lady. She offered to check the room immediately (we didn't break or damage anything) and gave us a receipt that we will get the money. We very much appreciated her effort. So when making the deposit keep this in mind.-The room was so tiny , we had to get creative as to where to store our small suitcase and how to move around. But this was not a big issue for us. After all we only slept and took shower there. So if you will be spending a lot of time in the city and just returning to the room for a good night sleep- the small size of the room shouldn't be a problem.

It was in calm place, we didn’t hear any sound from the street. Nice staff, we felt welcomed. Clean, nice shower. All worked.
