The staff is very professional and courteous ready to help all the time. The hotel has been updated, the rooms offer a great bed and a good size considering this is Europe. Every day the rooms are made including fresh towels.

Great location. Large room, not typical for Paris. Very good breakfast with a variety of choices.

Part of the staff weren't smily or welcoming, unpleasant. The brunette with curly hair on the front desk especially. The spa was minimal, massage therapist are from an external supplier and had to arrange ahead.

Loved our stay in this beautiful hotel which is located in the heart of Paris and provided a great base to sight see on foot all the districts we wanted to visit. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so genuine and happy to assist with anything. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paris. Thankyou to the team for making our stay so comfortable.

Asked for ironing board 2 times and they only brought it the 3rd time and left it in the room the entire stay. No one removed it. No slippers, no robe and most of the staff felt a bit condescending. The breakfast was very average for a 4 star hotel, the coffees were machine made, really bad quality. However, the room was nice, the cleaning staff did a good job and 2 receptionists felt genuinely nice.

AC was not working and the room was very hot we did mention that at checkout and the guy didn’t seems to be bothered or apologize for the situation. The location was a bit hidden and hard to find.

The location was excellent and bus of airport was completely close. 2 minutes to opera Garnier and 5 minutes to Lafayette gallery 20 minutes to Louvre museum and 20 minutes to Moulin rouge. Absolutely comfortable room with a balcoy and whatever water you want.

I think the rooms and bathrooms was small but it's not a big deal.

We booked a room for 3 people which had convinient space to fit us all. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious, however the toilet is separate from the main bathroom.Tea,coffee,water and some pastries were available in the lobby during all times. I would personally like to thank Yuva (Ayoub) who made our stay as pleasant as he could.The location was perfect, near the shopping areas and resturaunts.

I still didnot receive my deposit back even thoigh its been more than 7 days now since we checked out (200euros).I tried contacting the hotel but I wasnt able to reach anyone.

The hotel was really lovely and the staff very friendly and professional. The room was spacious, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved the breakfast which offered a wide varitety to choose from.

When we arrived we’re given a horrible dark dismal room , which needed a refurb, room is not in your site at all as a classic room ! Went in and came straight out , strange smell too, was given another room which was adequate, when having shower soaked the whole floor , not four star hotel , no English channels apart from news and no streaming ! Lots of noise above during early hours .

They arranged early check in at 10.30, this was convenient. Location is fantastic for Christmas time and for visiting Opera Garnier. Hotel is clean and nice.

we had room on the first floor and the view from the window was not good next to courtyard roof, this was disappointing.

When we arrived we were informed that our room choice had been upgraded - we had a large, comfortable room with easy access to the lift. All of the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
