Perfect location, lovely room, warm staff that greeted us and helped with things we didn't even know we needed help with! The bed was very comfortable--firm and clean.

The shower was small, like couldn't turn around without turning it off or changing the temperature. We are both slender and struggled. Great water pressure and clean--that is the point.

Location was great. Close to many things but less touristy. Many nice bakeries and places to eat in walking distance.

We had no AC in our room and it was very uncomfortable. The staff did not do anything to address it except give us a fan. There were no washcloths provided or top sheet on the bed. The mini fridge was also broken.

Breakfast was great and in a charming room

The description said air conditioning and the room never cooled down and it also was described as two twin beds, that was not the case, it was a double bed and sofa bed.

The location was very good, but the room was small. Chair and related were so small. The bathroom was good.

The chair and table were so small, difficult to work with PC. Moreover, the breakfast was the same every day.

Excellent location for Pigalle and Montmartre.

I had the loveliest stay! Everyone who works here is pleasant - ESPECIALLY Hamad! He was so very kind and accommodating. Very close to everything including pigalle and St George metro, which is within 7 min walk. Lots of restaurants, shops

Pros - great location for transportation, shops, restaurants and market. Very comfortable and clean. Staff extremely helpful and kind - many thanks to the night and day reception staff on 18-21 March … Didn’t hear the other guests once they got in their rooms big plus !The lift is small but works big plus.Cons - bathroom can use a face lift but that’s just cosmetics A coffee machine in the room would have been the icing on the cake but there was a coffee point in the reception area not the best.. I’d stay there again Didn’t know about the 5 euro a day tax !

Amazing location. Walking distance from Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge and Opera Garnier. A lot of restaurants nearby, much cheaper than the ones in centre. 2 Metro station nearby. The personal was very polite, offered free breakfast on the day of departure. Also close to Gare du nord for the ones that arrive from CDG airport or Eurostar trains. The room was cozy and the view from balcony very nice. Definitely recommend!!!

Great little place within walking distance of the Moulin Rouge and the metro. Nice, friendly staff and lovely breakfast each day. It was compact but the size worked well for us and it is a busy city centre so this was expected.

As you got out of the lift you had to be careful not to step too far right or you might fall down the stairs! Bathroom did not have a lockable door and left a small gap when slid across to shut which is ok if you know your travelling companion very well but less so if you are not so familiar with each other! Toilet also blocked quite easily with paper. No kettle in the bedroom either although that seems to be more common these days everywhere!

Great location, comfy beds, room cleaned daily, courtyard, one morning we found pastries in the reception area-we also saw you can make your tea.

Fridge did not really work, same as TV. No nice view to the city, our room was positioned to the back into courtyard. There is no bright light in the room, only dimmed lights in the bathroom as well. Not big issue though, but it would be nice to have at least 1 bright bulb or option to dim if needed?

The rooms are tiny, it does not look same as in pictures. Very difficult to move around in toilet as well.

Great location for Montmartre exploring. Small but comfy room and very quiet. Good breakfast too

The property is centrally located, which is very convenient. It has all the needed in the room, with big spaces.

I found a couple of stains on my bedsheet, but nothing major. The elevator sometimes doesn’t work, but this is also something that won’t ruin your stay.

The breakfast was fresh, varied and really good. The reception and breakfast room are very nice and we'll kept. The hotel is close to two metro stations. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The reception staff was always very courteous, and although denied that our complaints were justified in the beginning, were accomodating at the end, offering their apologies and a complimentary room upgrade. This unfortunately didn't work for us because we were checking out early the next morning, but might have been a good solution if we had more nights left.

The room we were given was very different to what was shown on Booking (smaller, darker, outdated). Besides that, some amenities mentioned in the room characteristics were not present or didn't work: no safe, refrigerator did not work, some power outlets did not work properly. The room had a bad smell when entering. The bathroom has serious mold issues too (I attached pictures).
