The staff was multilingual. They told us about taxi stands, pointed out the nearest metro stop, and gave us a useful map. The bathroom shower was also amazing. The room also had a balcony. It was very peaceful.

Ask about the airport shuttle ahead of time because we asked about a day before our flight and it was already fully booked. Have the staff explain how the room lights to any Americans traveling. Be aware elevator was the size of a closet.

The central location made this hotel ideal for walking to some of the Paris attractions. There were several restaurants nearby and the hotel provided a breakfast (at an extra cost). The front desk staff was very helpful.

Be aware that much of Europe does not have air conditioning as we are accustomed to in the US. If you want a room with AC, you must specify. This was not an issue for us however because the temperature was in the 50's in mid June.

Easy location for metro and walking. Convenient for grocery stores and coin laundry accross the street. Nescafe coffee machine in room is lovely. Housekeeping staff works hard. Felt secure.

The day shift front desk staff was snarky at every turn, left a bad taste. Room 205 has no a/c, staff is aware & does nothing when asked to fix or bring a fan. 14 for continental bfast at downstairs restaurant is horribly overpriced. smokers next doo

Location was close to everything. For the budget orientated tourist it was far enough away from "Tourist Central" that nearby restaurants and bars were affordable.

Room and bath were small, but what we expected from other reviews. Value for your money was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Great staff. Very patient, helpful, and understanding as we dealt with a airline lost luggage issue. Great hotel for the price. Rooms are small, but from what we have read that is standard for Paris, so we were happy with the rooms. All very recently up

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great and I was very pleased with the room.

Good location and great staff.

Wouldn't have paid full price for the hotel. The room's bathroom has a flimsy sliding door, so no real privacy if sharing the room. The elevator is too small for more than 1 person or large luggage, so had to climb 7 flights with luggage.

Very friendly staff and a nice small breakfast — everything you need! Cute balcony; I really enjoyed it.

It's good enough for only two nights, but hygiene could be much better: the carpet was full of dust. The shower is too small; I couldn't even move. The insulation is a big issue — you can hear everything from the rooms next door.

The room was an awkward shape which meant the bed was pushed against the wall on one side. A small shelf above that side of the bed would have been helpful for glasses / phone etc

The hotel room was lovely. Very modern and clean. The balcony was pretty and had a lovely view and the staff were so welcoming !

We paid for a superior deluxe room with balcony but our shower was so small that it only just fit one person. Also the room was not soundproof at all. It wasn’t that annoying for us as the hotel provided earplugs but if you’re someone who can’t sleep with noise it wouldn’t be good at all.

It is my second time in this hotel. The first one was 1,5 years ago and left a quite good impression. Sure was great this time too. Location is suberb. Front dedk is suberb. Cleaning is very good. Best place for solo travelers like me.
