Left something in the room - they contacted me immediately to help me recover the item. Most hotels would not do this.

The rooms were clean and nice and the personnel were warm, welcoming and polite.

The dishes provided for breakfast were not washed completely like you are using the previous person's dish without washing. Plates and forks in general.

Transportation in/out of town is easy and accessible, nice park just in front of the hotel. Good restaurant nearby and safe neighborhood. Good for 1 night stay.

The parking was really tiny, indeed no fit for big cars but the Hotel did remind us thus on issues.

The location was excellent and the staff very friendly. I had requested a quiet room, but it faced the street and was noisy at night. The gym was smaller than expected and lacked basics, and the price felt a bit high for the comfort level. Otherwise, a pleasant stay with good service and decent breakfast.

Lovely location, modern hotel and a small gym where you can do some working out :) also the smart tv and shower were definitely a bonus.

I think the check in procedure could be better and more efficient. When you do a online check in you would assume that you can pick up your key card and head upstairs. Unfortunately this was not the case and it took 15 minutes waiting in line and then for the third time (in the morning dropping the bags this was asked as well) identifying and check in with the FO.

Clean room in an area that felt safe, our room was at the back of the building and was very quiet. There was a nice communal space, the terrace looked lovely for warmer months.

The bathroom; limited privacy with a frosted glass wall separating it from the main room and a large gap when you closed the door, so no soundproofing at all.We booked a twin room and were told we had one on check in, but the room had been made up as a double, housekeeping rectified this by the time we got back to the room later in the evening so not an issue

The staff was very nice and helpfull, the breakfast was great. The terrace looks also nice.

A very comfortable Hotel in a very good location in the 17th district, conveniently located near a park and a comprehensive transportation system (train, subway,...). Very friendly staff !

Lobby and the garden area are charming.

We got there 1hr early even though asked for early check in well in advance they didn’t offer it. The hotel is very casual . Not a usual 4star im used to. Staff are very young but not experienced. They just told us sorry room is not ready. (Not really welcoming) . Room was not getting clean, full of dust which was a challenge for us with 2people in family with allergy. Just bed sheet was getting change which i assume due to bed bugs outbreak. They started to do constructive work on our floor without any notice. We had to walk through rubbish on plastic floor cover, as they were breaking walls:(No room service is available. We needed extra blanket which taken 2hrs to get ready and asked us to go down at 1am to pick it up. Expected better customer service at 4star hotel. Its located at lower class area

Good location, close to great restaurants.

No refrigerator in the room which was hopeless as we needed it to store medication. Rooms were really on set for one person as tea and coffee was supplied for one and there was no milk supplied either.

Very friendly staff, hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable. The AC didn't seem to be working very well so it's a bit annoying. The hotel has a parking so it's very convinient, I wished it was a bit cheaper though because 30euros is a lot per day to park a car.
