Best Western Quartier Latin Pantheon

Location and value for the money compared with other area hotels. Decent breakfast was included each day with the room, which was a big plus.

There was no exception to the check in time of 2:30pm, which was really challenging for us coming to Paris with jet lag. At 2:30, we were then told that the wait would be even longer. MANY confused guests were also waiting to check in then.

It was a super basic experience. If this was a superior room, not sure what the next level down would be

Rooms are cosy so not a lot of space for 2 suitcases and a bit of upgrading would make it feel more comfortable.

Gorgeously lit at night, well-located, great breakfast, fantastic staff. There were vegetarians in my travel party and even they found adequate breads, dairy, and juice at the breakfast buffet that catered to their needs. The rooms were on the smaller side but that’s to be expected in Europe. Location was just on the edge of the crowds/bustle, but there were multiple metro lines within walking distance, and it’s a lovely walk from the hotel to Notre Dame. We will 100% be returning to this spot. Laurenne was an absolute delight, so so helpful, and every staff member we encountered was friendly + patient with one amateur French. They very kindly held our luggage even after checkout so we could do some last-minute shopping.

Room was very small, cold and dark.Evening staff not readily available. Cold shower, hair dryer did not work well. Limited breakfast. Had to leave key at front desk. Extra charge for extra water bottle. Would not stay there again, not Best Western standard.

Nice little place in a great area

Fire in the kitchen caused by bad maintenance. Staff was unable to help at all due to physical limitation. Had to leave hotel for hours, which we understand, no real offer for inconvenience, we got free breakfast

Excellent location and our room was up to date, comfortable and modern. The room was also quiet.

The lights could be brighter, particularly in the bathroom.

Convenient location

The glass walls to the bathroom is the worst idea. It was also very dark, impossible ro shave or do make up.

Nothing, the area, I am latin, but the latin area sucks, dirty streets, not too much lighting, only one restaurant available. Looks like the worst parts of my island...I should take photos....

The elevator was broken most of the time , you need to take the stairs. Personel not friendly, they close the Hotel at 11 pm , you need to bang on the door to see if the guy hear you and open the door, then they tell you that the door was open, not true.

The night manager on September 23 ,He was extremely rude and agressiva.We were leaving the next day before 5am , we ask to check out on the evening of the 23 , the day manager told us to come at 9pm to check outWe went down and this man , i think he was from Morocco would not let us check out , we were two couples and he was rude and belligerent, he should not be working with the public he has no manners and he seems to hate Americans, he is the reason why we would not be coming back to your hotel.He ruined our last night in Paris with us negative and rude attitude.A big shame ……

location is in the center of all the places we wanted to see in Paris.

the room was too small. the bathroom was so small that water is all over after one takes a shower.

The location was great and close to a Metro station. The view from the room was nice.

Staff were rude and unhelpful.The lady at check in scolded me because there was an error on the reservation.The shower and tub combo were high and difficult to enter and exit. The maid service did not thoroughly clean the toilets and forgot to leave towels on several occasions.

Very clean room with accessible balcony window, within steps of the metro that made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Fresh market on the weekends was right downstairs. Very clean and great linens!

Bring your own washcloth! Everywhere in Europe, they have hand towels, but no washcloths! Lol

Worst place in Paris.

It’s dark, small , dirty … room smelled super bad every time we walked in the hotel and we walked thru the cramped hall and elevator we had to open the window because the room smelled so bad. Even the towels smelled really bad. Worst experience of my life so please save your money.

Good location to walk around the city. Restaurants and Bistros are in the short distance

Great location. Small-ish room, but clean and well equipped. Everything you need for a short Paris stay.

The hotel needs to invest in more irons. There were never enough to go around, and the ones that they have are getting old and dirty.
