Staff was very nice. Room was very clean.

The walls are not insulated well so the neighbors were very very kid and woke us up several times.

We loved the hotel- clean and perfect location.

Rooms could be bigger and the toiletries (soap and napkins) could have been better.

We booked three rooms as we were travelling in a group and the hotel made sure we were close together. The location of the hotel was absolutely brilliant.

We would have appreciated a refill on the coffee pods but otherwise nothing to complain about!

Great location, nearby the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen was complete and functional.

The room was extremely cold, even with the heating set to the maximum. The windows didn’t isolated the cold air from outside properly. It was impossible to stay in the living room, my daughter couldn’t sleep in the sofa cama located there. The bedroom was very cold as well. On the 2nd day I went to the reception and described the problem, and they mentioned they would check, but we didn’t get any feedback from the hotel about it, and nothing changed in the room. Don’t recommend during the winter.

Location and price were good

This is by far the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, with absolutely no soundproofing.

Location is great! Perfect, just 5 min walking and you’ll be at the beautiful Eiffel Tower

Housekeeping is only once a week. It should be at least every other day

Clean, convenient, comfortable

Bathtub (shower) was slippery.

The location is great, almost in the middle from eiffel tower and the arc de triomphe. Near to it there are great coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket.

The bed sheet had a yellow stain, it made me skeptical if they had my room cleaned and bed changed after the last visitor.

Perfect location and easy to access to public transport

The rooms are quite small, the beds are very narrow, garage entry is definitely made for toy cars.

Only. a few towels for four days offered and our room was not ready until after 4pm instead of 3pm so we waited in the lobby for a very long time, missing a reservation.

House cleaning never showed up int place. I saw the cleaners around the floor Pressing was not on time, needed to remind them. The cost list was not easy to understand

À small washer drier would be handy. Dopas were not changed régularly even when asked

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The hotel is very beautiful.

We were checked into the room later than we should have been, they said the room wasn't ready. Check-out was supposed to be at 11am but since they checked us in later I stayed longer and we had to pay an extra €130.

Very nice room with fridge, microwave. Great as an option when staying in a city like Paris. Great breakfast at very reasonable price

Fabulous location, close to shops and some really nice restaurants, with a only a short distance to walk to the Eiffel Tower. All our rooms were lovely, with great amenities and all spotlessly clean. Each room had a great kitchen area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The bathrooms were modern and beautifully clean with hand soap, shampoo and body wash provided. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we all had a wonderful stay. we'll definitely be booking this hotel again.

Great location near Eiffel Tower & Arc De Triomphe. Easily walk to many different places in a matter of minutes. Staff are very friendly and try help wherever possible. Well kept, neat and clean

Rooms are quite small compared to other palces I have stayed however they had all they needed in them and was comfortable enough for the short visit I had.

Very very small Cleaning once a week not enough you need to take your cups to make your coffee at the reception they don’t even have coffee machines in the room .
