Nice location

Elevator didn’t work. Tried to charge me twice for the city tax and for wine we did not have.

Staff was excelent

Quiet and homely, very clean and tastefully decorated room and bathroom, friendly and helpful reception and staff. Yann in particular, went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, helped with train tickets and advice re restaurants and shops and was as kind as anyone could wish for. Excellent location.

Hotel was even better, then expected, comparing to all previous experiences we had in Paris. Was not a tiny room (was a free upgrade), quite clean (comparing to other Paris hotels) on a quite street.

Friendly staff. Fantastic air conditioning. Free filtered water always available. Close to metro. Safe neighborhood. Cozy lobby. Clean room. Quiet (on a side street). Surprisingly good water pressure in shower. Kids got separate beds in same room.

The room was tight with three beds, four people, and luggage, but worked out fine.

It is conveniently located with metros, shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room was clean and services were good. Philip and the team were very helpful.

The common area and lift were small.

Great location with a number of metros in the area. Particularly good if you are coming into Gare de nord as it's only a 20 min walk. The room was very spacious for a city hotel with large windows on a quiet street. The staff were very nice

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Friendly, helpful staff, the room was spacious and had a bath. Central, stunning location with many restaurants and bakeries around. Will definitely book here again in future.

Staff was terrific. Rooms were clean and quiet. Location is good and not overly touristy. Subway a few blocks away making access to the rest of the city convient. Lots of nice cafe's and restaurants are within walking distance. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast is expensive...not a negative as you can goto one of the nearby cafe's for a great breakfast. Room was a bit tight but ok...we had three people in a room with a queen bed and sofabed and dealing with three large luggages was difficult.

With extra bed, really hard to maneuver in the room . Would have been perfect as a 2ppl stay

The location was perfect. Hôtel is so adorable. The hotel staff are so helpful and accommodating. My family and I booked last minute so we needed two rooms and the hotel worked it out so our rooms were right next to each other. They even upgraded us to a suite to make it happen. It was the best experience and made our last two days in Paris feel like a dream. Thank you so much!!! Best air conditioning!!

Friendly staff upgraded us as the first room was on the ground floor and large window opened out onto street asked to move for security also needed a twin room.

A hairdryer - the fixed one was useless

The hotel is in a quiet street, 5 minutes walk from the metro station. The room is air conditioned with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Special thanks to the staff who were very friendly and helpful. We recommend the croissants in the nearby Passage Jouffroy.

We had a lovely stay at this centrally located yet wonderfully quiet hotel in Paris. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. While we were a bit surprised that a 4-star hotel didn’t offer breakfast, it wasn’t a major issue—there are plenty of excellent breakfast spots just around the corner. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

Lack of tea and coffee facilities in room however on request staff did provide a kettle.
