    Cons -

    • Tiny rooms and very small outdated elevator. But still decent in comparison to other hotels nearby for this price
    • Everything. This was not a star rated hotel It should listed under motel
    • For instance the carpets were not very clean and they could do with a good steam clean and the phone was dirty and dusty of course the bathroom was very very clean. The bedsheets were clean. The quality of the pillars could have been better. The corridors were a bit dark and it was a little bit hard to communicate with the staff at the front deskBecause of the language barrier, but they tried very hard and it was sweet about it

If you're looking for a cheap hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe then it's the place for you. It's ideally located close to a metro station and a tram line. There are also lots of fast-food and restaurants nearby

In terms of quality, I wasn't impressed. I had to change rooms because the first room smelled like sewage and the sheets were dirty with traces of oil. I also found a large bottle of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) under the bed of the second room. The elevator, stairs and even the corridors leading to the rooms were ridiculously narrow. The corridors were so narrow that two adults couldn't walk in opposite ways as one had to completely move out of the way somehow.

When we came, we got the room that was not ready. For the compensation, we got the one day free breakfast and it was fine from the receptionist. Location is very good.

We enjoyed our stay! and I'd book here again. We've slept so good because the bed was comfortable and it was a pretty quiet area. I also loved how they allowed us to leave our things even after check out. The staff were very nice. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the Porte maillot train, tram, and metro station. In 3 minutes, you can reach Galerie Lafayette area with the train from the train station. The location is few minutes away from the Le Palais des Congres de Paris where they have the pharmacy and a really nice grocery complete with the Parisian delicacies that I've been looking for such as those from Angelina and Maison Bordier butters. I also loved how we can just walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees as it's close.

    Refrigerator wasn't working

    Location is great

Beds were horrible to sleep on. During the night you are constantly woken up by noise in the passage or corridor or floors up. In the winter time there is a big breeze coming from the window. Poor breakfast. Do not recommend

We loved the location, easy access to public transport, comfortable bed, free coffee/tea/water, Rituals toiletries, and the overall feeling of safety in the area.

Breakfast had limited variety and a tight space, and the hotel’s dark décor felt less bright than expected, though these were more misaligned expectations than true issues.

Good location close to the music venue I was attending and minutes from the metro and other transport links in an area with a selection of bars and restuarants. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good (15 Euro additional charge). The room had a good shower. It was quiet at night.

The chambermaids were a bit lax. They did not replenish the tea and milk, nor did they always provide clean linen. The room was small although adequate for one person. There were no bedside tables and sockets were difficult to reach.

Location was great for my purpose of attending concerts at the Palais du Congress

Breakfast was poor. While there was a kettle and coffee machine in the room, there was no tea, coffee or milk supplied until I specifically asked for some

    Extremely bad stay

Every thing was supper bad from the gentleman who wasn’t gentle at all to the cleanliness to the service every thing was extremely bad and am lucky it was only a night

The location of the hotel was great. Not too far to walk to the sights, and a convenient metro station basically on the doorstep. The room was clean and well made up each day.

At night, the noise from outside travelled quite easily into the room, making the sleep not great without ear plugs. Room was quite small, with some damage to walls etc. Shower head dripped even when fully off.

good location, closed to Paris de Congress and RER E, C and metro, busses with many good restaurants. Staffs were friendly

too expensive for room size and facilities. However, other hotels in this area were also expensive

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally professional and helpful. From the moment we arrived Wassim greeted us warmly, helped us store our luggage and got us onto our room when we were ready later in the day. While the room was on the smaller side, it was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient to the metro line 1. We walked everywhere. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices. We look forward to staying there again.

The whole experience was an excellent value for money. It exceeded my expectations in terms of a budget hotel. The staff were amazing - very polite, friendly and helpful. They provided every and anything I asked for almost immediately. The location is exceptional with so many facilities around. A very few minutes, on foot, and you're at the Arc de Triomphe! Just beneath the hotel, there is a selection of lovely restaurants - Thai, Indian, French and international cuisines! The housekeeping team were very committed and friendly and always ask if anything else is needed. I take this opportunity to thank Mr. Waseem, Mr. Edris and Ms. Khadija for making things so easy for me, especially as I spent much in the room working. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Paris to see them and thank them in person one more time!

The location is perfect, very closed to the metro and great restaurants. The staffs were all so friendly and so helpful. Definitely stay here again.

Its was a nice clean cozy hotel. The room is big enough, the restroom was clean. Come with 2 wardrobe closet.

The mini fridge not cold at all. No microwave so you could heat up the food. It’s would be great to have it add into the room.
