Location, staff, entire concept.

Perfect location, great staff willing to go extra mile in this small and cosy hotel. Breakfast was nice and had my favorite scrambled eggs and bacon on the offer

Entrance is through the yard that has ongoing renovation, that will change as it is finished and is temporary. When lights were on in the room they were very bright

The location is amazing

They have still to finish the entrance and maybe also not to leave on the floor the bag with the towels and bedsheets to clean

I liked that it was a boutique hotel with le appartemente charm. location was amazing.

bathroom was dingy and felt dirty. the room design was awkward. there was construction in the courtyard which we were never told in the many emails through the hotel. we had to walk on plywood planks to and from the hotel entrance. construction is understandable but just a note regarding would have been appreciated. I felt like the room heat turned off at night, it was very cold and also, not enough hot water. We arrived early and left our bags and the room was ready earlier than anticipated.

Liked the connecting rooms and location is excellent. Staff was really nice. Welcome drinks in the room were greatly appreciated along with daily Evian water.

Didn’t love the small elevator. The hotel is in an apartment/ office complex.

Beautiful boutique, with a lot of style, lots of privacy, located in an exceptional area. perfect conditions and very friendly and professional staff.

I don't think there's anything I didn't like.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was just 1 minute away from the metro station.

Hotel entrance is bad. Lobby is at 6th floor. And the breakfast is very poor and disappointing. Rooms are very small but decorated nice.

The staff were great and very helpful, the room was spacious and well equipped, breakfast was very good, and the place has a lot of cachet.

i would come back to this hotel for the staff honestly, they were so nice, welcoming, and offered us everything even though it wasn't available in the hotel, overall it was a great experience I would come back.

the only comment i have was the bathroom cleanliness, other and because there was construction it smelled a little bit.

Very friendly and welcoming staff - love the champagne on arrival. We had a gorgeous time here, very peaceful and cosy in a great location.

The location was great, super nice friendly staff, quite and in Paris standards good size room with comfortable bed and a nespresso machine and bottle of water service everyday

The hotel is located on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors of a building and there was construction in the ground of the hotel, tiny elevator so not so convenient but overall the frontdesk staff was nice. It was 420 euros per night and no fitness center…

Unbeatable location right in the heart of all shopping and landmarks. Excellent breakfast option and afternoon drink service.

Elevator is on the small side but common in that location and worked out perfectly fine.

Excellent location - superb... we have stayed in several places and this was a perfect spot.

Hotel was a bit less than the price might indicate... pretty limited facilities for checkin/breakfast... but fine generally... courtyard was under construction so that didn't help.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for a good night’s rest, with cozy, comfy beds that made all the difference. The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, making it easy to explore. Overall, a very cozy hotel that I’d highly recommend!
