Good hotel in good location. However, definitely NOT ¿¿ a 4 star Room way too small! Price too high Breakfast too expensive

Location, location, location! We were a two-minute walk from the metro, five minutes from a regional train. Across the street was a patisserie, nearby were supermarkets and many excellent restaurants.

The shoer is problematic, small in size and leaking

The hotel was very nice and cozy. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was delicious.

everything was great. the staff was friendly, good location, room was clean and comfortable

the only downside was the room was kind of dark. there were lamps but it was still pretty dim with all of them on.

Location

Old and dated not at 4 star standard deceptive advertisement. I was told I will get a king size bed tge hotel only had a king size bed everything was old n not clean just a messs. Very disappointed

close to metro. Reasonable walk to Arc.

Paper thin walls. Could hear everything around us inside even though the from the street was no problem.

Near by there is subway station Wagram. Once you are familiar with the subway system easy to reach any of the attractions. It took sometime to get acquaint with the system.

Area Located will looks creepy during night travel from out of station. The rooms very compact and doesn't look like 4 star hotel. I can give a rate of 2.5 stars to this hotel. Not that many food places available. You have to walk for more than 2.5.

Overall, I had a very nice stay and all the staff were absolutely wonderful! With some improvements on cleaning/facilities, this could have been a higher rated stay.Pros: -very close to metro line/easy to get into busier parts of the city-walking distance to Park Monceau (beautiful park)-very friendly and kind staff (special thank you to Victoria!) who were also kind enough to speak with me in English -the bed

Cons: -the rooms are extremeley small -unfortunately, my room could have been much cleaner. There was dust and dirt throughout, stains on the bedding, and at one point the sink and shower did not have hot water

Everything! Very nice place, really good location, friendly staff and the room was clean. Breakfast was perfect ! I will definitely come back!

The breakfast was fine. The front desk people are friendly.

The elevator was out of service during our stay, and there were no alternative options for transporting luggage—guests had to carry their bags up and down five flights of stairs.
