The location was excellent and was in a safe neighborhood. Everything was walking distance to us.

The WiFi was not good. The carpet needs to be washed

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower

Everything was perfect, from the location to the room, excellent breakfast and the staff is amazing

Everything is perfect

Garden Elysee is in a wonderful location. Very near a metro station, near central Paris. The hotel has a lovely garden. The hotel is also located off the street. Good breakfast.

In the superior room space is a little cramped.

The location was nice, it was a very safe stay and the staff are really good and friendly, would definitely come back.

The property was good but the rooms can be considered small.

Location and room were incredible! Also, the staff was very nice and let me check in early! And the room was incredibly clean and very spacious for Paris

Great hotel. Perfect location, right near the Trocadero and close to the arc de triomphe with the metro nearby too. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. It was also quiet at night. Would recommend and stay here again!

If you are going to Paris - STAY HERE!!!! It is not only conveniently located within walking distance between the Eiffel Tower AND the Arc de Triomphe, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff is absolutely amazing... please hear me out: This is the MOST HONEST hotel you will ever stay! I foolishly left my wallet with all my bank cards, a credit card, my driver's license, etc. AND a bank envelope with more currency than I dare to admit. I was in absolute shambles at the loss as I didn't realize it until I was in the UK. Due to an inoperable cell phone I was not able to contact them for 3 days. When I arrived back in the States they called ME and gave me a full accounting of all the items I had left - including the currency down to the penny! They held it all in their main hotel safe until a friend could pick it up this morning! Please stay here - and if/when you do, please let them know that you APPRECIATE their honesty and hospitality!!! AMAZING!!!!

EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!!

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Set back from the road, it means it's really quiet and peaceful, a great escape from the crowds of the city. The staff on reception were amazing, so friendly and really welcoming.

We could not for the life of us get the air con to work which was desperately needed.

Reception upgraded me to bigger roomBathroom good size Good location

Pillows too soft Not much atmosphere in bar/recp area

The location is the best—it is very close to the OECD, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc. Many restaurants are nearby, and 1 city supermarket next to the hotel!

The location of the property is in a nice neighborhood. The hotel is nice well designed with spacious rooms

Very good

Drinking glasses where on a side that was dusty and the mini bar fridge was dirty inside

The location I used to stay in this hotel before 2021 was so good but this year it was not the same

I was I suit and the key card was not working and they say can’t change the room and I have to call someone every time to open my room .

Comfortable, good breakfast, good location, very good room

Great location and comfortable room.Exceptionally clean and friendly staff
