    Pros +

    • Staff and restaurant people were exceptional. Very unique rooms and hotel experience Very nice location.
    • The staff was fabulous, the hotel itself is quite unique, elegant and comfortable.
    • Great location. Amazing bar and breakfast area. Great concept of the reserved spa area. Very cool spa. Large stylish rooms.

    Cons -

    • The rooms are a little small but hey, you are in Paris
    • Bathrooms are looking a little worn out. Maybe keep the amazing fixtures and redo the tile. Mattresses as well. New breakfast policy where even basic scrambled eggs are not included seems a little low budget.
    • I was disappointed about the size of the room. I didn't like the decoration at all.

The staff was amazing, and the breakfast was devine. The location was unbeatable.

I was disappointed about the size of the room. I didn't like the decoration at all.

The location was perfect for getting around the city. We were able to walk everywhere. The lobby was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. The spa pool was so unique and peaceful.

I thought our room could have been a little more Parisian as the pictures showed. Perhaps we just got more of a boring one, but we still enjoyed our stay. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough and water kept dripping out onto the bathroom floor.

This a beautiful small hotel that feels luxurious and cozy. Staying there was a highlight of our trip to Paris. There were 8 of us and everyone loved it.

Beautiful vintage hotel with so much incredible history, Oscar Wilde last days. Loved the bar and sitting area. The pool and spa area although old in a beautiful way were just what we needed at the end of a long day walking the city, located in a great area near D’Orsay and the Latin Quarter, arts district

Nothing, maybe just the tub is hard to get in and out of if you’re disabled but no trouble if not

Truly a 5 star Hotel! Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Shower was wonderful.

    Location was good.

Old styled room with very old cartpet, curtain and etc. The curtain cannot be closed properly so light will wake you up in early morning. The room smells moldy and dusty. very bad for people like me with allergies. I hardly slept with all the smell lingering in the room, and felt itching on my arms and legs after getting out of the bed. I was fine in the previous two nights in another much cheaper hotel in Paris. All toiletories including shampoo and shower gel and cream are strongly perfumed with lots of allergens.

    Location and staff were excellent.

The hotel while very charming could use a refresh.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and kind. Location was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is old, and therefore some small kinks. The pipes in the bathroom squeal and once I got it figured out to release the pressure in the pipes to make it stop... however it would continue to happen throughout the night. Had the engineer look at it but all they did was the same. It was annoying to hear the squeal.

Perfect location in St Germain de Pres, on a very quiet street. History property which maintains its sense of time and place

    10KellyPosted on: 2-25-2025

Great location, close to galleries, shopping and restaurants. Fantastic breakfast served in a beautiful room, friendly service -the hammam spa was a nice touch and the cocktails were delicious. The room was cozy and had everything we needed.

    Nothing to note

The breakfast was excellent. The menu had good choices. The location of the hotel is perfect. One is close to many great areas and sites in Paris.

There weren't any slippers in the room and the bathroom (bathtub and shower) is an issue for older guests.

Great location in St Germain. Fantastic room - amazing decor. Unique atmosphere. Immaculately kept. Very helpful staff and very reasonable bar prices fpr a 5-star. Exceptional. Will be going back next year for two weeks.

    Nothing to dislike at all.

The apartment is very special. We love the room, balcony and the space. The private pool area is a bonus. Breakfast was delicious. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are quiet and the location is amazing once you invest some time in this part of Paris.

Desk or dressing table needed in the room. The central areas air conditioning didn’t seem to work. All items were discussed and we are sure will be rectified by the team.

The rooms are so cute The beds are extremely comfy and the bar are is cool . Love the decor .

The heating was hard to control in the bedroom , eventually I turned the machine off .

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. We had one very nice breakfast and the coffee and food were excellent. The bar staff in the evenings were very nice and good.

We were on the front street side of the hotel, and on our first night there was a house party or bar party with clubbing music that went on until 4am and kept us awake all night until then. On the second night, it was a quiet night until 5am when the street cleaners and delivery trucks started pulling up outside our room. So sadly our weekend was not as we hoped as we were exhausted from little sleep! The front desk receptionist was quite rude and not sympathetic saying 'Well this is what you'd expect if you book a weekend in Paris'!!!! I've been in Paris many times in my life and have not experienced this level of noise!!!

A true bohemian boutique hotel centrally located on the Left Bank. Nothing fake here, it's the real deal. Sure, some of the rooms are small & no TV or phone but I kind of liked that. Not silent but quiet enough for a good nights sleep. I cannot fault the staff: Courteous & helpful yet discrete. Full of history & character. Not cheap but where in central Paris is? The pool & hammam spar are a real treat after a long day exploring the city. Sure I'll consider staying here again should I be heading to Paris in the future.

    10ElizabethPosted on: 11-17-2024

L’Hotel was discreet, quiet, beautifully decorated and well appointed. The staff were wonderful, it was romantic, nostalgic and it felt special! I can’t wait to return.

    There was nothing I disliked.
