Location
Staff not friendly, breakfast very poor.
Great location. Nice stuff and room. Will stay there again
The location was central enough to most places, the room was big enough for Paris standards.
The breakfast option could have been better.
The property was comfortable, clean and well located. The staff were very nice.
The only issue we had was that the water in the shower was not very hot.
Location is walking distance to cafes, stores, sites, and metro stops
Room has no view and overlooked rooftops of surrounding buildings
Very nice well maintained and beautifully furnished rooms in an ideal location for touring Paris.
Rooms are quite small by American standards but they are adequate.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris!Check-in was smooth and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect – close to everything we wanted to see and do.Highly recommended!
A great location in the heart of the Latin Quarter but also on a very quiet street, away from the noise. Near plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, this was a great hotel. (My tip - don't bother with the breakfast option. There are two cafes within a 2-minute walk from the hotel, both of which serve good coffee and pastries for significantly cheaper.)
Brilliant location for the sites,Great food and drink on the doorstep Bed was great
Nothing really
It was clean and in a good area.
The room was extremely small, the breakfast was really basic.
Best of the structure is the staff 24/7 available for everything. The bar downstairs with coffee and alcoholic drinks is very useful. The position is amazing there are a lot of restaurants around, walking distance to everything. The room is very clean and also spacious. Very good value for the price we paid. We initially booked 2 rooms for 4 people and one of my friend ended up wanting her personal room and the staff was so good in giving her a room immediately. You should go to this Hôtel because it’s everything you need
It had beautiful decor. Nice big and comfortable bed. The bathroom is a good size. Friendly staff. A great location. A nice window that would open to the street.
The air conditioning would not get cold. We couldn’t sleep well from being too warm.
Honestly, I liked everything. And this is the first time in Mercure when I really loved everything tbh (sorry to say this). The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and new. The noise-protected windows were a great touch—despite the construction outside, we slept well. Location is great! Staff is warm and welcoming! This was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for these wonderful days!
Only If we're going to nitpick, the breakfast was a bit repetitive, but that’s the only thing.
Location is excellent, close to Notre Dame and to bus and metro lines.
Unfortunately I have to be honest and say this hotel definitely worth not more than 3 stars. Although we got the so called "privilege room" it was a 10 square meter room with an open bathroom. Toilet is so small that if someone sits down the face hits the wall. Kettle and fridge was broken, reception speaks no english so communication was nearly impossible with them, breakfast consists of very limited selection of ham, packaged food and only a few tomatoes as vegetables. Way too overpriced for the service they offer.
When we arrived we were a little disappointed with our room as in the pictures all the standard rooms included pictures of balcony’s. Our room didn’t however have a balcony so I think that was a little misleading. We did however speak to reception and they kindly upgraded us to a balcony room.
They could have provided more tea and water in the room as they only provided enough for one person. We were given one bottle of water and then, although they provided 3 different tea bags, there was only one of each and we both wanted the same type of tea. We queried the single bottle water but were charged extra for any additional bottles.
Excellent room service who cleans the room daily.
We only have one bottle of mineral water per day for two people. It would be great to have two bottle of water per day.
The location is amazing , perfect breakfast very nice staff kind everyone. Definitely would come again.
Everything was fine
Modern and luxurious interior rooms and lobby, with real attention to detail, rooms very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location by Notre dame, metro is a 2 min walk, or if you want to see the city on foot you can walk anywhere from here. Would definitely stay again!
Nothing - just be aware there's a city tax to pay when you get there.
