Pros +
- Parisian charm
- 10 minutes from Eiffel Tower and The river. Great restaurants close by. The Champagne bar in the hotel was very elegant from the 1800's and lots of brands to select from as well as a full bar. I would stay here again.
- Nothing very rude staff especially the morning shift
Cons -
- Deferred maintenance and extremely tiny rooms (which was not indicated on the website while booking). Didn't have room for luggage and humans both in the room. :(
- It was a little warm in Paris when I was there about 90 degrees and the air conditioner could not keep up. The front desk did get me a fan and that help a bunch .

The property is stunning and exceptionally clean. The staff are the most helpful and lovely people which really made the stay one of the most outstanding experiences I’ve had in many years. The location is excellent for its close proximity to almost everything but secluded just enough to be peaceful. I must highly recommend the hotel
I can’t fault the hotel, staff or location
The staff - Leo, Julia, Marie, Yan, Christina and Cynthia - 5 star service.
The location is closed to tourist areas.
My aunt and I got stuck in elevator.Staff didn’t respond to emergencies or difficult situations. Paid too much for what we got. Staff didnot care to meet us/ customers. Lack of tact from hotel staff.
The staff, location and breakfast was all great! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The location was fantastic and the continental breakfast each morning was perfect for us.
We found leftover food and a dirty sock in our room. The room side was very small and we had to jiggle the tolilet every time we flushed so that it wouldn’t run. Not what I would expect at almost $470.00 a night.
The location of the hotel was very central for walking around some main tourist sites. There is a small supermarket down the road to buy snacks and drinks. The hotel itself feels very Parisian.
The toilet was so small my knees were hitting the wall and it was very difficult to use the toilet effectively. The room was also quite noisy from the residents in the flats across the road.
Le Dokhan's was close to everything: the staff was very friendly and helpful; the rooms appointed with lovely antiques and traditional style of maybe a hundred years ago (?).
The rooms were small. On the 6th floor one could bump their head on the slanted ceiling, which I did.
Valet parking really saves up some time and energy. Hotel staff were friendly and free complementary bottle of champagne and balloons was nice.
They put 2 single beds together to make one queen size bed. It was really difficult and not comfortable to sleep for couple. And you get cheaper prices than booking.com at the walk-in check-in. I booked my room for 440€ but at front desk you could get same room for 280€ only.
-Staffs are welcoming and nice, solve the problem on time. -Room is clean. -Good place. The hotel is only about 5 min walk to the underground, which is convenient.I will highly recommend to my friends
-The cleaning staff didn't spread my quilt properly for one night, and often time forget to provide us with new bathroom products like shampoo. -Although the elevator is special, it might be inconvenient, since it's too small. For customers living in the higher floor may need to wait for a long time.
location and cute interior
the rooms that don’t have the view to the Tour Eiffel are not worth the cost. while the decor is cute and with a vintage feel, the room is small and basic.
Stunning beautique hotel in a great location. Lovely rooms and attentive staff, couldn't ask for much more.
Room service not available. Staff said due to covid, but otherwise great hotel.
can’t say enough about the staff especially Ugo and Geraldine. Lovely and always open to answer any questions or make arrangements.
