Cons -
- One thing that was frustrating was that we would set the air-conditioning level before sleeping and it would turn off some time during the night so we ended up being very warm while trying to sleep
- Rooms are no bigger then slightly large closets Price? Maybe too expensive for what they offer but this is Paris at the end of the day. So I’m not quite sure about how to rate the value for money
- The check in was a little involved with doing it online but then requiring another process on arrival.

Recently renovated rooms and common areas, very comfortable in general and really cool retro design. Feels like a small boutique hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were not too many but everything tasted wonderful, would go back again just for the breakfast. Location right next to Montmartre.
Be aware that rooms are small, as is usual in Paris. Neighborhood might feel less fancy than the rest of Paris.
This room was very very small. The location was a bit outside of the main areas but perfect for the 9th arrondisment, which is more traditional and less touristy. It was close in proximity to Sacre La Couer. Beautiful view of the eiffle tower.
The room was very small and hard to fit luggage and move around.
Great location, clean, roomy, friendly staff.
Listing says it has AC. It was not working which made it uncomfortable to sleep. We woke up in pools of sweat.
Staff was very friendly. They even helped us schedule a taxi for our way home and kept refrigerated items for us in the kitchen overnight.
We had a very nice stay in this hotel! Location was perfect, close to Metro station Pigalle and close to Sacre Coeur and lots of nice restaurants (also for breakfast). The bed was perfect and so comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
We had room number 12, which had a door to 11 so if needed you can book two connected rooms. However, because of this door, we could hear the television in room 11 very well. Or maybe it was just very loud ;) Luckily, we only noticed this once.
When we arrived there was a little confusion about our booking being a room for two, despite previous email communication confirming it was for two. We had a great service though from most of the staff we met, and some exceptional service from a younger man who was proactive and helpful.
The initial confusion, that was partly our own fault, though the email messages we exchanged in advance didn't seem to have been taken into account. Staff service after our initial arrival made up for it though.
Perfect location, very clean, helpful staff, towels and bedding changed every day.
Minor issue of no iron in the room and noise from the road.
No breakfastLocation good
Room v small given the cost but was v quiet
Great location near Mortmatre, breakfast was pretty good. Bathroom facilities very good. Good view.
Air conditioning wasn't working so we had to have windows open all night overlooking a very noisy road so we didn't sleep well.
Good location. Nice room although twin beds were pushed together and there wasn't really enough room in the room to separate them a little more.
On the booking paperwork it stated, "Landmark view, City view". Our room looked over the back of the hotel so no view at all. I think a little more information when we arrived would have been helpful e.g. we were told there was room service, but not sure what that included. There was no tourist information. The breakfast on the first morning was disappointing - no croissants, and they had run out of scrambled egg so would have had to wait for more and, 21 Euros seemed quite expensive. I needed to ask for cutlery and when it came there was enough for one but not for the two of us. We were also perched on what seemed like part of the reception desk rather than a table.
The room was lovely really clean and nicely decorated. The amenities and location were great. Our only negative was that we had some problems with the air conditioning not going down to the temperature we wanted & didn’t feel like the staff were hugely helpful. We also didn’t get our water & glasses refreshed when they freshened up our room. Very minor problems though and would definitely stay again!
It was fresh and modern and although our room was small it was very comfortable
Location
Room cleaning, no new water, no replacement toilet paper, etc
Location. Near metro.
WiFi went out for a day. Seems it was a global problem, no way for them to address it.
The hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a few minutes walk from Moulin Rouge and Anvers Metro so easy to get around Paris
I had the best time at this hotel. The location was just 5 minutes from both the moulin rouge and sacre couer, heading into montmartre. There were various metro stations close by, and it was perfect for exploring Paris. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with coffee and tea making facilities, decent wardrobe and cupboard space and a safe for personal/important items. The bathroom was spacious and with a hair dryer. An iron for clothes was available upon request. All the windows fully open onto a small balcony and I was lucky enough to have a view of the Eiffel Tower!!! There is a shared space downstairs with a bar area/breakfast/reception area, and staff are extremely helpful with requests, tips, and advice for the city. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I honestly loved every moment of my stay. Everything was perfect. I only wish I could have stayed in Paris longer! It was my very first time in Paris and I was a little nervous about the hotel choice as there are so many to choose from! And you do worry about location/value for money/cleanliness etc but this hotel was simply perfect, great location, good transport links, clean, beautifully designed, comfortable. The staff were so friendly, I only wished the bar was open 24 hours as I do like a "nightcap" on holiday, but that is just my preference and not a problem. Merci beaucoup - I had a wonderful time.
Location montrmatre
The manager actually shooed my girlfriend away from coffee machine… extremely rude and the other girls reception over ally unfriendly to… shame hotel rooms are great … horrible dark haired manager!
