My first room had black mold on the window, and after changing rooms, the toilet was completely blocked—requiring three calls to the front desk before maintenance finally showed up. The customer service was incredibly poor.

I needed a place to sleep om the train tour through Europe

My room was street facing and the noise at night was unbearable

Upon arrival the first receptionist was good but the second was not professional and was rude. As I dind found a bottle of water in the room and when I asked him he told to drink from the fountain or I need to payed for the water.

Perfect position if you have to attend to a concert at Accor Arena, as the hotel it’s located next to it. 20 minutes approx. away from the city centre.Underground stop Bercy in front of the hotel.

Old structure. Tiny room and bathroom as well. No wardrobe and almost no space to place your luggage.Found my room quite dirty. It’s unacceptable to find hairs of previous customer inside the bath tub and all over the floor… that means superficial cleaning!No amenities, sink drain was stuck with no flow of water. 2 towels out of 4, dirties. No toilet brush.Awful breakfast in the morning. No choice of beverage, no choice of fruits, no yogurt… Cold everywhere, especially in the breakfast room.

Our data was LEAKED (booking number, full name, probably payment details)! We received scam messages on WhatsApp two days before arriving saying that we need to confirm our stay. These messages were containing ALL OF OUR SENSITIVE INFORMATION. Booking.com and Ibis Styles say that they "respects your online privacy and guarantees the security and confidentiality of your personal data." which is clearly A LIE. We never received any warning when this happened and got only one dry respons from IBIS team when I messaged them about it!Second of all, the hotel with 3 stars does not know what a good service is. After a long cold day, at 23h00 we asked where we might get some hot tea to warm oursevles - the guy at the front dest only shrugged his shoulders, smiled and said the bar is closed :) Is that hard for a 3 stars hotel to find a hot water and two tea bags? Mind you, one night stay there was alsmost 300 euros.I do not reccoment staying here, only if you need a bed near Accor Arena.

The hotel is in a perfect location for a concert in the Accor Arena. It is also very close to the metro lines that take you anywhere you want to go in the city.The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room wasn't very clean, there was limescale on the shower head, the hot water also kept going from hot to cold. While the bed was comfortable, it was too big for the room that was quite small, and it was difficult to move around. A kettle would be nice in the rooms with some coffee/tea sachets. More of a selection for breakfast, too, would be nice. It was the same each morning For the price we paid, the standard doesn't match, it is a very expensive hotel per night for its standard, but we do understand it is a budget hotel.

Overall it was expensive if tou think how room look like, equipment zero, very basic room! and the whole complex was very cheap build, I have been in Ibis in Amsterdam, London and this Ibis is definately nothing like the clasic Ibis

Terrible breakfast. Saddest of my life. I understand the low cost concept but not even a hot option. Scrambled eggs are not expensive. They served some boiled eggs (very very cold), in a salad bowl with water in the bottom. For the price we paid for 2 nights, maybe we could find a better option.
