The location, the staff was very helpful.

The room is very tiny, I expected that was bigger.

The location is great and cleanest.It’s also very safe place.

Not everyone was kind except Marie. Marie, she’s a great person and I would like to recommend everyone to her.

The breakfasts were magnificent with so many options, all one could urge for and very well made. Fresh berries, yoghurts, hot dishes and pastries. I loved the fresh berries and fruits that were cut so it was just to eat.The hotel was small and felt personal, cosy with very professional yet friendly staff.Sweet detail with the gentlemen offering chocolates in the evenings.

As it was small, so was our room (101) and with the rain our clothes could never fully dry. We were missing some options to hang our jackets, like simple hooks on the wall behind the room door.

The location was excellent, very close to all the main attractions. It was also very clean, and the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard.

Very disappointing stay.We arrived late in the evening, but as soon as we entered the room it was clear that the sound insulation was extremely poor. We could clearly hear people talking, the shower running, toilet flushing, and every single step from neighboring rooms. After the first night, we went to reception to request either a different room or to discuss the possibility of a refund so we could move elsewhere. Unfortunately, no alternative was offered. We were told they would “make a note of it,” but throughout our entire stay no one followed up with us.It was practically impossible to rest in the apartment. On the third night there was a party next door with loud music playing, and we were unable to sleep at all. We messaged reception asking them to check the situation, but they only responded the next day, saying they had not heard anything.Additionally, the Wi-Fi was absolutely unreliable. It would occasionally work during the middle of the day, but most of the time—especially in the evenings—it did not work at all. We tried reconnecting multiple times, but the internet connection was either extremely weak or completely unavailable.We were extremely disappointed, as we expected a quiet and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.The room was a bit on the small side (even with the complimentary upgrade it felt slightly tight) however, the bathroom was very spacious.The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.The location is excellent: within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées (about 7–8 minutes) and the Eiffel Tower (12–14 minutes), with several metro stations nearby, all roughly a 5–10 minute walk.A true gem and a value for money option!

The only downside was the weak mobile signal (both calls and 4G), although the Wi-Fi worked fine.

The toilet was not working and on Christmas Day the staff responsible for fixing bathroom problems was on holidays, thus we were given an option to change the room. We were also geven an offer to have a free breakfast, so it was good.

I love this hôtel so so much The location, the people at the reception are so so so kind I have been there twice and I ll definitely come again when I come to Paris For me it is one of the best hotels in Paris The 2 men in the reception are 10/10

Nothing at all I could not stay in the hotel at all, I’ve checked out in the same day of check in I could not sleep even. The most bad experience of hotels in paris I have been in. In all ways I hope my money get refunded because I have booked another hotel for my days in paris just to leave the hotel becasue I had no other option to stay in this hotel.

Hotel staff Very Friendly, helpfully and polite .Location in city center, Walking Distance : Champ Elyes's Road 10 Minutes , Eiffel Tower 20 Minutes , Metro Station 15 Minutes.I would Like to say Many thanks to all Reception staff all day / Night, they made me feel like I know them from long time. thanks Again.

I had a very frustrating and upsetting experience at this hotel. When I returned to my room, my new Valentino belt was missing from the table where I had left it. I searched the entire room thoroughly — under the bed, inside the closets, moved the bed completely, checked every corner multiple times — and it was simply not there. I even went to reception at 3 AM, and they told me to wait for the manager in the morning.The next day, the manager insisted it was “impossible” that anyone took it. I also had clearly requested no room cleaning that day, telling both the housekeeper and her supervisor directly — yet the room was cleaned anyway. Even the “Do Not Disturb” sign, which had been in the room on previous days, was suddenly missing. Despite this, the manager claimed he checked the cameras and said “no one entered your room,” which made no sense since the room had been cleaned and fully tidied.He brought the housekeeper and asked her in front of me if she saw the belt, and she said “no.” They then asked us to leave the room so they could “search.” The housekeeper started removing the bed sheets, and the manager walked us to the elevator and told us to go to reception. As soon as we reached the front desk, they suddenly claimed they had “found” the belt under the bed near the headboard — the exact spot I had already checked several times after moving the bed myself.The manager came down with the belt along with two broken umbrellas, a small mirror, and a small bag — items we didn’t need — implying that I hadn’t searched properly and acting annoyed that I questioned the situation.This entire incident caused unnecessary stress and completely ruined the end of my trip.

The location is very nice. The property is close to restaurants, pharmacies, iconic points of interest and coffee shops. Breakfast is also very good, and everything was perfectly clean.

The room was small and the costumer service was average.

Loved the proximity to the Main Street of champs-Elysse. Very close to the arc and a 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Pretty close to the metro stations as well. Also was close to some great food places and bakeries
