Chalgrin Boutique Hotel

Boutique hotel with friendly staff and decent breakfast. The location is nice, but one'd have to be in great shape to walk to the main attractions.

The room was teeny and barely furnished, walls were dirty and the room service left a lot to be desired. Getting in and out of the bath tub/shower was outright dangerous, and only a contortionist could reach the toilet paper.

The staff were exceptional. The location was really convenient. I will stay here again because of the friendliness of the staff

Shower in 23 didn¿t work well at all. I booked two rooms. The other room was fine

The room was lovely. We had two balconies in our bedroom and one in our bathroom. It was very charming and comfortable. the lift was nice for out luggage and after a long day of walking. location was nice

we couldn’t quite figure out when the evening bar hours were. We were told one thing when we checked in and every night when we would come home, we somehow mysteriously would miss the bar. It was always closed. We were told it was 7 PM to 11 PM and then one night we came home at 9 PM and we were told that the bar closed at nine and then another night we were told a different time because we came home and it was still again not open. and then of course, our last night there when we didn’t want to stay there and go to the bar it was open very late.

The hotel staff appeared understaffed, with no assistance provided for luggage handling and no dedicated concierge staff available. This critical oversight detracted from the overall experience and undermined the hotel’s ability to provide attentive, personalized service

Friendly stuff, nice breakfast and great location!

Everything was stunning and perfect- from the decor to the staff to the location. Lovely and quiet too! Absolutely loved the balcony and the beds were so comfortable!

The hotel is centrally located yet peacefully situated. The bed is comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is served with care and attention, making for a delightful experience.

Staff weren’t very helpful and almost lost our luggage after misplacing it and not knowing what room they put it in. Next day did the same to one of my friends Breakfast there was no hot food either so had to go and eat out despite already paying for breakfast included

Slightly bigger room size would have been a bonus . Quite expensive but due to its location probably good value for money.

The entry card didn’t work if placed near items such as a phone and we were not told this until the last night. We had to go to the front desk 3 out of 4 nights. We were not given this information until night 3

The breakfast was excellent! Since I can't eat lactose, the team went above and beyond by providing yogurt, milk, and even margarine. They were truly kind and attentive. Thank you so much - really appreciated!
