Auteuil Tour Eiffel

Just a perfect place to stay, calm and nice. The staff was wonderful The room was the biggest we've ever stayed in, in Paris! The housekeeping was exceptional! Highly recommend!

Location was great. Rooms were very clean. Nice bathroom. Staff was very friendly

We could not control the temperature in our room, although there was a thermostat. Most days it was too warm (this was in November) so we had to open a window. Also no fan in the bathroom so it got very steamy

The location of this hotel wasn’t bad, a little far away from the attractions, but the staff was the best pat.

This isnnot a four star hotel. 2 star at best, all the carpet needs replacing, so many lights in the Hall were out, the decor needs updating. This hotel is far from a four star so I was not pleased with that one bit.

I could walk to the Eiffel Tower. Located next to many stops of transportation.

The room did not feel super clean even though it was cleanly kept. The air conditioner wasnt working but they gave us a portable one that required us to keep the window open all night. There was loads of ants in the room.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice and they spoke good english.

It needs a little updating - rooms were big and clean but not really a 4 star I would say.

Top notch staff. Well trained and willing to help. Very grateful to staff  . Wonderful location. Close to everything. Many good restaurants and stores nearby including laundry automatic facility.

No fitness facility. Prices of getting personal laundry done through the hotel outrageously high. As an example 9 euros for a shirt and about 5 euros for a brief! Most likely because the hotel management would rather do without that task to perform.

I reported the presence of the large dog to three different members of the breakfast staff, yet no one reacted or took any action to enforce the rules. It was precisely this lack of intervention that made me uncomfortable and led me to request the cancellation of my breakfast for the following day.In addition, I would like to bring to your attention another issue encountered regarding the cleanliness of the room. no hand towels were provided. Instead, an extremely worn and visibly used towel had been placed in my room. This was very disappointing and far below the standards one should reasonably expect from a 4 star hotel in the heart of Paris.

Location was clean and very well kept. Hotel was located in an area that was convenient and accessible to attractions and restaurants.

Breakfast was expense for the minimal things offered at the breakfast bar and menu.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly

I like all the personal that we meet, because all of them are nice with us and answer at any question that we have, I like the small garden where you can take the breakfast and I like the room as well.

Our safe box in the room was opened on next day of our arrival, and some of our cash money were stolen, the thief thought by stealing some cash not all the cash , we would not know , and wanted to leave doubt over his crime, but were sure how much were stolen because we know how much we had in safe box .The hotel didn’t care and told us to go to police which we didn’t because we were there as tourists and we had no time to go to police , They didn’t care to investigate the matter and find out the perpetrator.they should’ve acted to secure their hotel from thieves among their employees and care about security in their hotel. Who knows what else could happen in this hotel , especially that there is no duty manager is available at all time and at night there is only one person at reception.It is unsafe and insecure hotel.no security personnel at night or day time at hotel .Also , I noticed unfriendly behavior from employees after we told the hotel about the theft.most employees in the hotel are non original french .

Staff was great! I met Joaquin who worked in the dinning room on the day of our arrival. He gave us great recommendations that were very useful throughout our week there. The hotel took our luggage so we could explore the neighborhood before check in. The breakfast was simple but complete. Food was fresh, delicious and the coffee just sealed the deal!! Nothing fancy, but the hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and had these two massive windows you could open to let the fresh air in. It was hard to get out of the shower lol!! There was a supermarket literally across the street, an amazing bakery around the corner, and the Eiffel Tower was only a 20 minute walk. The metro station was a 10 min. walk away, and on Tuesday and Friday, a large farmer's market appeared around the corner!! just an awesome experience!!

Not much... Hotel website was a little difficult to navigate, however, you could just call the front desk if there were any questions.

The beds are super comfy and cozy, the room has plenty of space, the bathroom is also big and nice, I totally loved it!

This hotel is nothing fancy, but has everything well facilitated. It is at a quite location, but near supermarkets and restaurants. It is also walking distance to Seine river, not far from Eiffel tower. The room is spacious from Paris point of view.

The hotel is very clean and located in a friendly and desirable area, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower, and it features a gym and sauna. Also, the staff were very friendly, highly recommended.
