ibis Paris Gare De L Est 10 Eme

It was close to two major metro stops.

The hotel overall was not very clean. We had to close the bathroom door to keep a sewage smell from seeping into our bedroom, the pillows and sheets smelled like mildew, and the elevator was broken so we had to move our luggage up and down 6 floors.

Close to Gare de l’Est. Very helpful staff. Room looked new.

Great location in terms of being easy to commute, nice staff and bed very comfortable.

Shower area doesn’t have a door. Also, the faucet from the sink makes a lot of mess.

Great location to train station easy for walk around restaurant etc. Great reception, friendly and helpful. Room a good size nice comfortably bed and a good breakfast.

The closeness to the train station. The free coffee. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful.

Good room, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast excellent selection of cheese/cold meats pastries and also self cooked hot food which was a bonus, quiet at night despite location and occupancy.

AC location is not correct, hence room is not cool. NO kettle, cup, coffee, to make coffee.Lift was not working for more than 2 days, which caused inconvenience to family . Plug point facility is not there properly.

Room is very small . We did not expect that small elevator can only has one small bag.

Location. It’s very close to Gare de L’Est.

The elevator is extremely tight and it made bringing the luggages in and out difficult.

The property was good really felt comfortable.

Just that the Room was too cold in the night no hitter in the Room and we got sick from the cold…

Location is near train station, with restaurants and fastfood nearby. Staff were very helpful. Most of them are very accommodating and happy to give suggestions on what to do. One helped me and even walked me to the parking building when I had trouble with understanding the process.

Staff were very helpful and friendly (we are English speakers).

The lift was very small and there was no hand towel.

Stopped for a very quick overnight between travel, good location for train station.I didn't opt for breakfast.

Very convenient location with many restaurants around, super close to the train station. Very helpful staff at the front desk.

Close to the gate de l’est and gate de nord. room seems to have been refurbished and was modern and clean. Good nights sleep and it had aircon.

The lift was out of order and they only had a lift going up to the fourth floor. I opted for a room on 3rd floor as I don’t like lifts anyway, but my husband struggled going up the spiral staircase with his luggage. I didn’t like the staircase neither as it was very claustrophobic.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed.

The location seems a bit uncomfortable at first., but didn’t have any problem.

Near to the station.

Breakfast was terrible. No cot bed in the room as promised. The cot we were provided with was disgusting. The lift was very small and we struggled to fit one person and a suitcase in (the pram did not fit) Very unhappy overall and would NOT recommend!!
