- Overall, the stay was pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, we had an issue with the air conditioning that was never resolved. We called the reception twice and also went downstairs to speak with them in person. Each time, we were told that the air conditioning could not be set above 25°C, but this did not make sense, as the air coming out was not warm even at that setting and the room remained cold.Additionally, we felt the hotel was a bit expensive for the facilities provided. The room is not very large, and for the price, we expected more.

Nice small hotel in lovely district of the city. Nice communication with reception in advance and during the visit.
The club rooms of this hotel are Soo comfortable and big . I like the styling of it too . I like the staf a lot too . The service they give & they remember you’re name . The location of the hotel is Soo central , with a lot of restaurants but still not too busy . Everytime when I am in Paris and this is a lot, I stay in this hotel.
One time they forget too refil the soap but no big complaints , it s all good

Lovely for a couple of nights in Paris. Well located and cozy. The building is old and the room I was in was tiny, but it was perfectly fine for my short stay.
After our first day disappointment we asked for a upgrade and they were very helpful about it. Our second room was spacious and very clean including all the necessary stuff. The only negative comment ı can give for the new room is espresso machine was full of empty capsules. So we had to clean it ourselves.
Our fırst room was extremely small. It dıd not even have a small closet. There was no soap and shampoo for the room. Even though we asked for it, they forgot to refill.

Friendly helpful staff and great location.
The elevator was often occupied by the lovely domestic staff and often full of laundry bags. Our room was on the 6th floor and I have a bad knee problem so walking up the stairs was rather uncomfortable.
