The staff was amazing, friendly and polite, always there to help us. The room was very clean.

The breakfast was good they provided a variety of meals and the staff were good

The matress for room 108 was deformed and I experienced backpain and body ache because of sleeping on the deformed mattress.

The hotel generally fulfills its purpose. The room had a fridge, hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee. It was warm, with good heating and well-sealed windows. On the first floor, there is a foosball table, which kept my child entertained while waiting.

The hotel looks a bit tired and needs some cosmetic renovation. The carpet had stains, and some towels were not properly cleaned and had dark spots, making them unusable. The shower cabin leaked, causing water to collect on the floor during use. There were no slippers or bathrobes available. In the bathrooms, there were no toiletries, and there was no option to purchase them. Additionally, the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which is not very convenient.

Old, very expensive for what it is, really small rooms and the noisy children who were never told to shut up made it even worse as the walls were apparently very thin. Also a ver old and petite sized elevator made it very uncomfortable to carry around luggage.

Staff was friendly, free coffee, not 100% bad location, metro is like in front of it but we used uber most of the time

The room wasn’t clean, and although we requested a double bed, we were given two singles. The photos didn’t reflect reality, the carpet and curtains had noticeable stains, which made the room feel unclean. Unfortunately, the room also looked smaller than it appeared in the pictures.

The building did not have an elevator, so we were obliged to carry our big luggages to the 2nd floor.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr FETHI for the warm welcome we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived, It was my sister’s first time in Paris and since we booked the hotel in the last minute , we arrived a bit earlier than the usual check in time but the receptionist was so Helpful and made sure that we get the room early ? he greeted us with genuine kindness and professionalism, which immediately made us feel comfortable after a long journey. He was always attentive, ready to help with any questions, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to come across such a welcoming attitude, and we truly appreciate the effort he put into ensuring that guests feel at home. His hospitality added a personal touch to our stay and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The place is kind of old and the room is small.

The garden, the richly decorated room, the breakfast, the central location and the quiet neighborhood. Every aspect was detailed and exceptional.

Pretty old building, old vibe.

1 blanket for 2 people, too cold to sleep with air conditioning on and too warm to sleep without it. Noisy with widow open.

We loved staying here and the view from our window. The hotel is very close to the train station (1 minute walk). We loved the water and coffee available at the lobby. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The wifi was also excellent.

The hotel was certified bed bug–free, which was reassuring.The location was convenient — close to both the train and bus stations.

The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, and there was barely any space to move around.It was not soundproof and lacked proper lighting.Although we were told that free coffee and tea were included, the coffee machine downstairs was broken, and the tea selection was very limited.
