Elegant boutique hotel well located in the 8th with great service.

Food was expensive and not that good

Great locations, walking distance to many sights. Staff are professional and very helpful.

The staff was accommodating, professional and always welcoming from the moment the door is opened for you, to the front desk or a glass of wine by the lounge/bar, you feel you are always being taken care of. We stayed in the family suite which was perfect

The bathrooms could have been cleaner

The location was great and the room was a good size for three people.

There were no vegan options for us at all and since two of us are vegan that left us with not a lot of choices.

Good size of the room. The location is excellent. The staff was great.

Housekeeping guys enter the room without knocking. Happened thrice with us. Breakfast options could be better.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Mel was particularly lovely and went out of her way to make it wonderful for us. The staff in the restaurant too. So many lovely touches. Thank you for making my 30th birthday and our stay with you so special.

The only issue we had were noisy neighbours in the room next door. The lighting in the rooms could be better and a more obvious way to signal you want your room cleaned. We didn’t realise the dnd button was on, so our room wasn’t serviced.

It was very clean. The staff very friendly. The location was very good. I highly recommend it.

The rudeness of the receptionists, especially the fat black and the skinny black, nothing really, that's just ridiculous, I don't like the atmosphere inside! Really bad for a guest. If you ask me if I would come again, the answer is definitely a big NO

Very good central location

The rooms have zero sound proofing and you can hear every single noise coming from neighboring rooms, from corridors and from housekeeping noise, it was unbearable. The basic of any hotel stay is to be able to sleep, before luxury or before service, the first step is to be able to sleep and for 9 nights that was impossible as noise starts at 6am !!! We changed the rooms but no change

Staff are all so friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant is amazing, including room service

“I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and had a mixed experience. While the hotel itself was nice, I encountered an issue at check-in. My flight was delayed, and when I arrived, there was a discrepancy in my booking as I had originally reserved for four people, but we were five (including my 12-year-old daughter). Unfortunately, the staff member( Nani )was not helpful or respectful and did not try to resolve the issue, which led to a frustrating experience. I hope the hotel can improve their customer service in the future.

Great location. Boutique style hotel. Room was fabulous and staff were so kind. Would definitely go back. Think it was great value for money
