Super small room and tiny bathroom

Coffee was not refilled the first time the room was done. Pretty basic.

the staff was incredible receptive to my needs. Bit of car sickness , from ride in from CDG.

The staff is super friendly, breakfast was yummy. The room is very cozy and I loved it.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very closed to the Opera and Madeleine but on a small quiet street. We had a very nice stay. The hotel team was very friendly and made us feel wellcome from the very first minute.

The room temperature set at 22 degrees. This is WAY too hot for me.I've stayed here before in 2013. The breakfast was much better then. The breakfast was disappointing this time.

Nicely decorated room, quite spacious. Good mattress.

There was only one thing bothering- absolutely awfully strong air perfumization in the room/bathroom. We kept windows open as long as possible to get rid of it.

Super location; you can easily walk to Lafayette. The room itself is tiny and cozy, and the reception is quite professional.

Breakfast was good value had enough choice to satisfy varying tastes,Staff were excellent very helpful friendly and extremely pleasant,Room was nice and clean especially the bathroom and toilet,

The single beds were pushed together to make a queen size but unfortunately the beds my wife and I found were uncomfortable same with the pillows to soft,Australians are spoiled we have much larger rooms in the Australian hotels than the one we stayed in for the same price,Worst thing I find with majority of hotels they supply no milk for coffee or tea, or no coffee or tea, Queen Mary supplied coffee and tea but no milk????

Great location (close to Opera, nice shopping streets, many nice restaurants and cafes, good Métro connections), friendly staffs, and clean room.

Charming property, fantastic location and wonderful staff especially Guillaume who can speak Bahasa Malaysia which he learnt from studying the dictionary!

The bedroom is a bit small but quite cozy, with an exceptionally good bathroom and spacious shower. Perfect location.

Nothing to highlight. Small bedrooms are part of Paris style.
