    Cons -

    • Hair dryer not strong and overheats quickly
    • Most of the staff were great and nice but there is one was not that welcoming and little bit cold. He didn’t welcome as the host/ receptionist. Also there is a chemical used for cleaning has a bad odor it’s like vinegar. I came to the same hotel in 2021 and I thought it would be changed.
    • They taken deposits and they didn’t return it back until today!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfulThe hotel location is great and the rooms are spacious and confortable

The breakfast was simple but good. Improvements could be to have a larger selection (fruits, granola, etc.)

The view was stunning, I chose the city view, the bed extremely comfortable but the best? The position and the staff!! It’s literally two steps from the arc du triomphe! And the staff, especially Angela, was superb! Angela was friendly, gave me recommendations, helped me with the luggage, she was absolutely a pleasure to meet! And the other people I met as well, extremely nice, welcoming, friendly. I really felt looked after! Also beautiful view on the traditional parisienne cafe! The room also was delicious!!!

    I liked everything

    Very poor

The lobby needs renovation. And the staff shoupd be more helpful. You need a trolley for the luggage

I'll start with our arrival. We arrived very very early around 9 am as we had an early flight arrival. The staff were very accommodating. They could not obviously give us our room yet but took our luggage and stored it in a room behind the check in desk and offered to email me as soon as the room was ready. Which they did around 1:30 pm. The hotel is a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We were also able to walk to the Eiffel Tower within 25 minutes. The walk to the Louvre was much longer at 45 minutes but we are walkers so it was fine. Uber was extremely reasonable just FYI. We used it to go back to the hotel a few times. The room was small but perfectly fine for our needs. I love that there is an elevator. Some smaller hotels in older buildings do not have this. The room and bathroom were very clean. We opted to not have them clean the room during our short stay so I can't comment on that. We didn't have breakfast either so no comment on that. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel emailed me a list of their recommendations prior to arrival. We did go to one of them which was less than a minute walk from the hotel. Very good food. We felt completely safe in this neighborhood and it is very quiet.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't care for at this hotel. I'm struggling to find a negative comment. Actually the only thing we hated was the half glass door in the shower as water got all over the floor but to be fair pretty much every hotel I have stayed in for the past 5 years seem to have this feature.

Hotel is in a great location. Room was nice with lots of amenities and clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were equally as bad. I woke up with back pain from it daily

Great location. Attentive staff. Size of room and powerful AC. Huge bathroom with a super shower.

Beautiful balcony rooms, very conveniently located in a nice area

    Balcony room had ants

    8LindyPosted on: 8-9-2024

Location is great, 10 mins walk from Trocadero. Quiet neighbourhood, which we like. They have efficient AC and a complete blackout curtain.

It’s perhaps a bit small and dated but that’s just Paris

When I renewed the room for the next day, they did not provide new water, tea, or tissues. The receptionists were not understanding, and I do not recommend staying there because of their poor service.

Was very clean and the room size was excellent compared to Paris hotels

    The deposit fee

Probably best hotel shower I’ve had and for a 3 star hotel it is very luxurious

Can hear noises i.e. people walking up and down stairs, there seemed to be some kind of works going on outside but not during the night. During the night was okay.

Exceptional location, near various metro stations. Champs Elysees 500m away. Safe area, with some nice bistros right next to the hotel, filled with locals. Breakfast was nice. Room cleaning every day. Polite staff. Would definitely visit again.

    Nothing really to complain about.

With my experience I'd say I didn't like anything.

Stayed one night at this hotel, and it was the worst night of my life. The room was filthy and overpriced, with a used coffee cup and toilet paper in the bathroom. The room was infested with bed bugs, making the entire trip awful. At midnight, we went to complain. The nightshift receptionist, who initially gave a fake name, threatened to call the police instead of helping. He suggested changing the room or sheets (which doesn't help when the entire hotel is filthy), claimed to be texting the manager but was actually texting a colleague, and refused to call the manager, saying, “the manager is sleeping.” I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom to avoid being bitten. At 8 a.m., I learned from the morning shift guy that the nightshift receptionist had lied about his name and the manager’s schedule. The manager came to the hotel at 10 a.m. He was helpful and got me a refund, but I left without sleeping and had to book another hotel.PS. The awful nightshift receptionist's real name is Carlos.

the location was excellent. The room was very small and cramped as was the bathroom. the staff were very friendly and helpfulBreakfast very very ordinary and basic

The room rate was very overpriced. Breakfast was not includedthe air conditioner didn't work. I was there for 6 nights. the first 2 nights were hot and stuffy and unbearable. On the 3rd night i request the air conditioner to be seen to. I have a suspicion they are controlled and deliberately switched off at the mains, which was located in the reception area, I asked for a reduced rate this was refused , but instead they gave me a fan .The room area was very small , and smaller as the fan took up what little floor space i had, this made the room very cramped.the bathroom was super small! Couldn't even turn around in the shower recess! And i am 5' tall and 65 kgs!The breakfast was very basic and pricey for what was offered. just the usual toast/ butter/jam etc., cereal and fruit.
