    Pros +

    • Amazing staff, polite, helpful. They go beyond their ways to assist you. I missed breakfast , overslept. They still helped me with some croissants and coffee. coffee, tea and cookies are always available, there is a small section for kids to play and enjoy. Front desk also helped me, it was my first time travelling they suggested few options to traveland some places. It is really close to Metro station. Only 25 mins from airport, which saved big money on the taxi fare , also breakfast was included. if you are travelling on budget and don’t want to stay at a dormitory , this is a great place at a good price. Washroom is small but i see that is common in Paris.
    • It was close to the metro. But a little scary elements were around the metro. A bit scary when you are with family.
    • Friendly staff, great breakfast (scrambled eggs, baked beans, hash browns, yogurt and all toppings, meats cheeses, fruits, all the breads, croissants, pan au chocolat, great coffee, filtered water machine), small but comfy room with A/C and you can open window, luggage storage after check out, 3-5 minute walk from Porte de Montreuil metro station. I would stay again!

    Cons -

    • The room was very cramped. For 2 adults and 2 kids with hardly any place for bags and to move around. The toilet was emitting a foul smell most of the time.
    • Outside the centre a bit but I knew that
    • There were no slippers in the room, though the reception provided them upon request. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made it less comfortable. Also, toilet paper was not enough stocked, and there was no bin in the main room, only a small one in the bathroom.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was nice. The room was clean, and I appreciated the coffee machines available during the day and night in the hotel. The outdoor/ground area was especially lovely, providing a nice environment in which to spend time. Most importantly, parking was available there.

There were no slippers in the room, though the reception provided them upon request. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made it less comfortable. Also, toilet paper was not enough stocked, and there was no bin in the main room, only a small one in the bathroom.

Bed was comfortabele. The first room was a nice size. Simple basic room. Good breakfast included.

The showerhead was really bad. The water took a really long time to get warm. The first room we got was next to the reception and the entrance to the elevator and this woke us up a couple of times because of other guests talking with the person at the reception.

If you need to stay a few nights and need a place only to sleep, it’s ok. But if you have more than 3 nights in Paris, maybe it’s not a good option.Near from metro station and with an easy mobility for every part of the city.

The worst part about my experience was the shower.. they use a type of shower to save water and avoid waste, but this doesn’t work - we can save water using a lot of other methods for it. Furthermore, the rooms are very close between each other and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The neighborhood is noisy as well, you can hear a lot of people talking loudly.

The personal was extremly friendly. The berakfast was far better than expected and the walking distance to the subway really short. Yes the area itself might not be for everybody but we never felt unsafe with the kids and enjoyed the real Parisian Lifestyle. When we go back to Paris, no doubt that we will stay in this Hotel again.

Staff were really nice and helpful☺️

    - nothing is like pictures-room super super small- bathroom really small, i never saw a small cabin shower like that - was so cold, mostly at night

Great price- really friendly and helpful staff- good breakfast and 24hr access to coffee machine. Very close to the metro.

The breakfast was very complete, fresh and good. I think it's the best thing of the whole staying. The room is ok, especially it was very well cleaned. There's a common space and you can access hot drinks throughout the whole day.

The space was very small, the bathroom as well, we didn't find any place to put our toiletries. We were on the first floor so the view wasn't that good and also we heard a lot of noise. The neighborhood is not very nice but at least it's close to the metro station even if it takes a while to reach the main attractions of the city.

Hotel is close to the metro station, not in the center, but I felt absolutely safe. Breakfast is very good. Coffee and tea are available all day. Staff are nice and helpful. For visiting Paris and just sleep in is a good choice.

Rooms are quite small. No table no chairs, however just for sleeping is OK.

Love the location. Near to a metro station so very handy. The staff were excellent as always. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. They need to warm the beans egg and hash browns before they go on the hot plate …. They were freezing straight from the fridge !!

Cold food on the hot plate.

Staff where exceptional, breakfast was great. Location wasn't the best very far outside city centre and didn't feel very safe getting off the metro in the evening.

Exceeded the expectations, we had a very pleasent stay. Comfortable and clean room, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Located well, close to the metro station, and shops nearby. One small minus, no ventilation in the bathroom.

The staff were fantastic! The check in was easy and every member of staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The breakfast buffet was very filling and there were good options.

We had to change room because our neighbours were partying and loud. The walls are thin so we could hear everything until 1.30am. The staff tried to assist but in the end we asked to move room which they organised straight away.

the breakfast was really good, the staff was friendly and super helpful, the rooms were a bit small, but if you are just going to sleep there it’s absolutely fine. the room was cleaned every day and overall a really nice hotel for a budget friendly paris experience, close to the 9 line on the metro and 30 mins from the Eiffel Tower.

location was a bit dodgy and shady. I went out to get cigarettes at 9am and was harassed, so wouldn’t stay here again just for this reason

    9KallynaPosted on: 3-7-2025

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the facilities was very nice and clean, we had free coffee, hot chocolate and tea which was very nice, breakfast was really good too.

unfortunately the walls are pretty thin, we could hear everything happening on the other rooms but nothing that actually disturbed us.

Excellent hotel?? Friendly, polite, helpful and friendly staff. They allowed us to check out an hour later than necessary. Delicious varied breakfasts, there is plenty to choose from. In general, I am satisfied. I was left with a very pleasant impression. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend?

Really liked this hotel, the family room we had was on the bottom floor by the reception - which meant the children didn't have lots of steps to climb. The staff and food were really nice. Parking was great and on site.

Room was a little small, and we had a mix-up with identifying the right hotel, as there are two next to each other - both named the same..

    8EimearPosted on: 2-18-2025

Value for money was great, joining kids room and was exactly what we were looking for as a stop over break

Area is dodgy-don’t verge out too far/we did get a lovely meal near hotel but would be careful about
