European elevators are tiny

Perfect place to stay in Paris. Close to everything. Rooms block out most of the city sounds. They have cute juliet balconies. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Staff was so friendly and kind

Cant say there was anything

Breakfast is fine.The staff are excellent, very accommodating, hospitable. The free wine and pastries in the afternoon are perfectly refreshing after a long walk. If I will stay again in this hotel it is entirely bec of the staff and not the property. Although I should say, the location is close to restaurants, walking distance to louvre and notre dame.

The property badly needed an update, especially the bathroom. The tub was not draining efficiently.

Clean, the staff were so helpful, the rooms were perfect, the beds very comfortable, the breakfast was perfect as well

The only issue was the bathtub drain would back up badly while taking a shower

It’s not refurbished to latest amenities, the inside looks old. The elevator is cozy (two adults can stand very close to each other) with no room for anything else.

The location was outstanding, in the heart of everything and with the metro station directly out front.

The rooms were a little cold and turning the thermostat up only lasted 30 minutes before automatically dropping again. But it was reasonable for responsible energy use.

We like the vibe of the old town, but with comfort stay.We asked for the Eiffel Tower’s view, and the view exceeded our expectations. We deeply thank to the hotel workers for such an amazing hospitality.

The room was very cozy and comfortable. Super clean, friendly staff and a wonderful lobby with coffee and happy hour. Location was super close to Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, Metro and RER.

The staff and manager is very helpful. The hotel had some candy at the front desk.Which my child could not eat. So the manager went out of his way and bought my daughter.Some candy she could eat along with some apple juice. The manager is very helpful and very nice.The staff is also very helpful.It's wonderful hotel excellent staff

I liked the location, the size of the room, bath products. I loved the tiny elevator for one and a half people!And I loved the small oval window at my top floor.

I was hoping for a better view, but still I was able to spy on the neighbors across the street. It was quite noisy Saturday night because there are restaurants very close, and some happy people were walking (home?) at 2am.
