Clean/modern room and helpful staff

Didn't particularly care for the area but close to public transportation and hotel security was great.

Close to metro and friendly staff.

Environment, neighborhood feels very unsafe. Also extra fee I had to pay when arriving, exhausted by my travels.

They don¿t provide the breakfast they promise. They say that they¿re in Montmartre. They're in La Chappelle. The hotel has no elevator or accessible rooms. The hotel is undergoing repairs while in use; the price should be adjusted for ongoing rep

I wasn't too sure of the area at night as a solo traveller. But the hotel it's self was wonderful. In the day area area was fine

no teapot in the room - you need to go down stairs and ask for hot water. there is heater inside the room but anyway it was cold, especially in the bathroom.

It was really well located since it is close to the nord station from almost everywhere there bus or metro to get home. And the closest bus is 5 minutes walk. Montmarte is also walking distance. The beds were comfortable and clean.

It’s a value for money. It’s extremely good price so the room size reflects it and the walls are thin. The neighborhood can also be sketchy but far from dangerous.

But the neighborhood isn't the quietest...voices and shouting outside all night...

It is a rip off and very bad and unclean it should not be listed as hotel

Quiet and clean hotel, very friendly staff , rooms are spacious ( depending on reservation type) , warm enough in winter days . Small Desk but does the job , wardrobe enough to keep one’s clothes. It deserves the three attributed stars

Some bathroom corners look old and outdated and haven’t been renovated .

The environment was so sketchy I mean like it is dangerous to walk everytime trying to get to your hotel it is full of people who look sketchy and might hurt you as they fit.

Room recently renovated and clean but very small. Bathroom recently renovated and very small. Everything in the hotel is very small, including the lift. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbours couples having fun late at night. Location is good, next to Gare du Nord and several bus stops and Metro. The streets in the area are dirty and smelly.Good value for money if you travel for business and just need a place to sleep. Not recommended for tourists and families.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free.
