Location, Room service and Staff

Late check in but it was worth the wait!

First of all they charge 60€ per day for parking, second I forgot 3 brand new shoes worth (510€) at the hotel and when I call them, they said we don’t find them, asked them to go back to security cameras they said only police can look to our cameras, third when I checked the google reviews, I saw other people had same problems with them.

Location Location Location and the staff is amazing. The concierge was tops. He suggested 2 restaurants, made a reservation for us and gave us a map on how to get there. The food at the restaurants was excellent too.

Room too small for a suite. The view is a disaster overlooking air condition machines. The receptionist told me this is the best room in the hotel ??

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vernet!Everything about the experience was thoughtful and welcoming — especially how they decorated my room for my children that made them feel extra special.The room service was excellent, the concierge was incredibly helpful and attentive, and every staff member treated us with genuine care and kindness. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful.It’s clear they truly value their guests. I highly recommend Vernet and would love to return.

Very good

Front stairs need desperately and urgently a railing. The lack of it is very dangerous. I fell there and hit my head and knees.

Location is perfect , very clean and rooms are modern . The staff are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was great .

The street is noisy until late time , you can hear the cars passing every few minutes, we couldn’t sleep .Mattress and pillows are nit comfortable at all .

They surprised me with a lovely birthday arrangement in my room and even brought me a delicious birthday cake the following day. It was such a sweet and unforgettable gesture that deeply touched me.Hotel Vernet didn’t just meet my expectations — it made my birthday in Paris feel magical. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting the city. Wonderful staff, lovely location and beautifully appointed rooms and bathroom. The lift had a rustic charm :)

Room was a bit tight for 3 of us with sofa bed included.

Everything bar breakfast . Lovely small hotel where staff were superb

Breakfast , you pay for breakfast and then expect a breakfast not have to pay for bacon sausages tomatoes etc. never stayed in a 5 star hotel for and paid in advance for breakfast only to be asked to pay more for those items as outlets above. Also had breakfast in room last day, some items did not arrive and all was late

Location, nice decoration, very clean, reception and the concierge staff were realy efficient and polite and helpfull. It is accesibile to all place of interest în Paris.

The location is incredible! Love that it is an independent hotel, but still five star all-around. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for a family of four (king bed with a pull out sofa bed). My kids loved the luxurious bath; I loved the yummy croissants. They had champagne waiting for us upon arrival. Can't recommend enough!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The staff was truly extraordinary—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s design is beautiful, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Location is excellent 5min walking distance from Champs Elisee. Hotel is stylish, room was large and super clean. Brrakfast was.excellent and staff super friendly. Definitely will return

Everything. Location I can get access to all my divergent places. The very comfortable room with all facilities beyond my expectations . The bathroom fitted all what makes me feel comfortable including shower twoer in addition to banio .The staff all were smart friendly helpful and very professional. Food with all items I asked for was great and tasts good.

The hotel restaurant is really pretty and delicate. The location is amazing.The service overall was very good. the room is comfy and quiet.

Two minutes to Champs Elysées, the staff were hospitality, the food was amazing the room was cleaned all the time, definitely will come back!
