Great location, very clean quiet compact room, comfortable bathroom, very friendly staff

Staff was very pleasant. Location was great.

Room was tiny. Bathroom door kept sliding open. Bathtub was very high - difficult getting in and out. Elevator tiny. Our group had to wait for each other.

The stuff was amazing ! So helpful . Got a very early check in. Location was superb! All renovated. Room was very quiet . After one day all was cleaned- rare for 3 * hotel.Breakfast was delicious .

My room was too small . Made me feel like walking into cupboard . Otherwise all was good .

In particular the quality of the bed linen was excellent and staff extremely helpful

The inconvenience of the luggage to taken to the room level that had no lift after 4th, while we were on the 6th floor. But the staff helped us for that too.

Superb location, right next to the opera and a very short walk to the Louvre. Extremely friendly staff and 24 hour reception. Room 12 very spacious, comfortable bed! Superb location is a really big plus.

There is no ventilation so the air in the room is bad. But there is a large window and we had it open while in the room. Very low ceiling. I suggest some renovations to raise the level. Otherwise the hotel is nice and location makes up for the other minuses.

Hard to get into tub/shower.

First and foremost we loved this place for its location. It's perfect for attanding an evening show at the opera or just getting around the city. Everything else was nice and staff was friendly.

The rooms are small, but it's enough to rest and recharge for another day of enjoying Paris. The stairs are kind of steepy though, it might be difficult to climb for some people.

The staff were so helpful and friendly - recommending nice places to eat and things to see. The hotel was really clean and the room we were in was very quiet and peaceful. It’s right near the centre so we were a good distance from the metro, making it really accessible.

Paying the leisure fees while checking in was not mentioned in the booking page the issue of leaving the keys at the hotel without having a spare was not relevant there were no door sign ( do not disturb) the safe box was not firmly closed and I found it open the sliding door of the locker was not completely in place and it was not opening 100% this was not safe.few hangers inside the locker , the external hanger took big space inside the room the curtains were not functioning well and were limiting the window opening the tea , coffee and milk were not refilled daily the shower gel were not refilled daily

I like the location and the staff were great. They were always available to take or to return my room key.

Wall seems to be very thin. I could hear the person next door cough! Quite noisy if fully booked.

Everything was just perfect. The room super cozy. The people at the reception so kind, nice and super available. Looking forward to go back!

Great location. Was in a room at the very top of the building on the fifth floor. The lift only goes to level 4 and recommends only 2 people at a time, so we had to climb the 105 steps to the top each day hit, but that was the only negative.

The Front Desk is friendly and helpful! Awesome customer service!

Only because my husband is a gentle giant 6’4”, he barely fits in the steps and we stayed at their suite which is at the top most. But for me 5’3” not a problem at all.

Incredible position near Opera. Parking at a discounted price. Staff available, kind and present at every hour

The expression can’t swing a cat ! In the room you couldn’t we had one and she was sleeping on my head ,the parking is very tight you need a small car
