Very small elevator. Tiny bathroom. Would not have been comfortable for 2 adults in the room that I booked.

Staff was wonderful, great location and good breakfast.

This was suppose to be 4 Star hotel - at least when I booked it, that was showing on the page (booked in January). After few months, it dropped to 3 stars ... but my room was so terrible, that I would not give it 1 star! Smelly and dirty

My room (#32) was super small! Bathroom was very, very small and leaks on the walls, missing tiles, problem with drainage in the mini-shower, leaking sink. BUT the smell in the room can not be described- not sure if carpet was so dirty or maybe mold! Gro

The night time front desk clerk was professional and handled our concerns with grace and fact.

The bed was uncomfortable, the room was dingy and cramped, there was no air con, the wifi was spotty at best, we suffered from several insect bites in the room and the window opened up into a wall.

My first room was comfortable but suffered a water backup. Kudos to the staff; they had me moved in under 5 minutes. The second room, however, did not have working air conditioning during sweltering heat.

1) Air-conditioner pretty much does not work 2) soft towels, smell lovely but have zero absorption 3) fridge isn't really cold enough (maybe for some folks it is) 4) room 11- view is just pigeon poo 5) difficult to sleep due to the pigeons noise

When I booked the hotel , it said it gives shuttle from airport , but there was no shuttle available. As per hotel, it's available only going back from hotel to airport and I had to pay 24$ for that.

The reception is 2 tight, fit for one person, the lift is to small fern-like, room , toilet and view were horrible by all meana. Portable fan and heater are taking space from the very small sized room. Staying there is really a nightmare and it is very overpriced. Photos on booking are very different from reality.

Nothing. When checking 11:00 am in been told that leaving my luggage at the hotel was my responsibility because they had an attempt of robbery the day before. Any lock on the luggage store door. Anyone can enter the hotel, at anytime, without being checked. Surreal. Pay a bi more for a better palace.

The room was small but very cozy and comfortable. The location is incredible, right in the heart of La Marais and an easy walk to many shops, restaurants, and the metro. The staff was very friendly, and overall the hotel was a great 'home base' for us, from which we could explore Paris.

One suggestion - the room could use a small refrigerator; it can become a bit pricey to eat out with every meal, and being able to store things - especially cold drinks - would be appreciated.
