Hotel Galileo Champs Elysees

this was the best place i have ever stayed just about anywhere,..new york, london, any where, the staff was wonderful...Hotel Employee at front desk the best,always offered great suggestions for restaurants, shopping, transportation and general info..

absolutely nothing....everything was above and beyond expectation....bathrooms were wonderful, roomsafe, ref....i will only go there in future....period,.

The location is the best.Shops, Super market and restaurants within 2 mins walking distance

Really liked the location and the room setup. The location is so ideal that I did not happen to go for breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. For Paris standards, the room was spacious and very well equipped. Loved that they had a steam iron available, what a nice touch. I happened to leave a sweater ebhind in the room when I checked out, and within an hour I got a text update of the missing item and with options to collect it or to have it shipped.

I am used to softer pillows, so would have appreciated that.

The hotel staff were lovely, and the hotel is a good spot if you want to be close to The Arc de Triomphe, and the Champs Elysees.

The room we had for 3 people - a triple executive suite was very small, not even enough room for our 3 suitcases. The bathroom was also very very small, the shower would not drain when using so filled up the bath. Breakfast was not included in the price, but we tried it for 2 mornings and it was terrible! The breakfast room is tiny, all the food was not fresh, it had been sitting out for a long time, the bread felt stale, the pancakes cold and hard, only scrambled eggs as hot food on offer, very disappointing. I asked if they had a bigger room available but there was nothing, and I was told that their room sizes were good for Paris. I have stayed in 2 other hotels in Paris and had a much better experience with bigger rooms, and great breakfast included. I was very disappointed with this hotel and was seriously considering changing hotels except it would have cost me too much. I'm sorry to say there are definitely better hotels to stay in Paris.

Hotel Location is excellent.

1- Only one elevator available in the hotel that occupies few people (two adults). Use stair most of the time. 2- Complementary small water bottle is free for one night only.

I liked the location. The staff Basma was excellent in greeting and help.

Toilet was very small.

Front desk attendant was exceptional. Angie, especially, was very attentive and welcoming.

Customer service was amazing. The receptionist who received me Monday 15th at 11am was amazing.. she has the best good communication

very nice staff, the person at the breakfast was the highlight we got a room upgrade which gave us a certain amount of extra space private parking garage yet….. thats a challenge for cars bigger than compact size

I had an excellent stay at Galileo Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service.A very special thanks to Ms. Engy, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. She made everything easier and ensured that my stay was perfect.Thank you, Engy, for your outstanding hospitality. I truly appreciate it and will definitely return to this hotel because of your amazing service.

Poor

I experienced an unacceptable level of arrogance and unprofessionalism. The receptionist ignored me for more than ten minutes while she continued her phone call, without even acknowledging my presence. When I politely addressed the situation, she responded with pure arrogance and a rude attitude. Only after I asked to speak to the manager did her behaviour change. This is absolutely not the way customers should be treated, and it left a very negative impression.

Great location. Walking distance to Arc De Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower and great restaurants. Staff were warm and welcoming. Highly re commend this establishment.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the Champs-Élysées. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and professional, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Security was excellent, and I always felt very safe during my stay. The location is truly outstanding—just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and close to many great restaurants, shops, and attractions.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, as I think it could offer a bit more variety. But overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Paris and I would definitely return.

Everything , they gave us room cost lot and it’s for mouse not for 2 brothers , I request 2 single bed they did not care and check in was very later we came tired and we had to wait lot and what makes worst is last if reception how she was rude like you are in hostel if 10 euro not very expensive hotel , cleaning of room I was begging her to send somone to clean the room , there is only the Arabic guy if night shift who was polite and nice I don’t recommend for sure no
