Pros +
- The location is well connected to multiple metro lines and bus routes. The hotel is just 15 meters away from the police station, so it feels completely safe. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need. Towels are changed regularly, and the breakfast is exactly what you need to start your day. Our room was on the 4th floor, but the hotel has a small elevator that you can always use. The reception is open 24 hours a day.
- Friendly staff, nice location, a comfortable bed, good breakfast
- Breakfast vastly exceeded expectations. This really was at the top end of continental breakfast.
Cons -
- I did not like that one has to leave the keys when exiting the hotel.
- Storage space was a bit sparse. Manageable for three nights but might have struggled if staying for a week
- The bathroom facilities in my room were older and had tolerable quirks or flaws. Notably, the bathtub/shower was higher or higher-walled than usual, and the only thing handy to hang on to when you step out is the freely swinging half-door. It was fine for me, but might be difficult or hazardous for an elderly person with poor mobility.

Hotel staff are very friendly. The petit dejeuner (breakfast) spread is EXCELLENT and highly recommended so that you don't have to waste time searching for less desirable alternatives; it included sliced meats and cheeses, breads and pastries with jams and honey, dried and fresh fruit, some granola stuff and yogurt and cherry tomatoes, juices, coffee and tea. The room was clean and comfortable and the street quiet. It's a short stroll from the Place d'Italie metro stop (a great location for those visiting the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle). Truly excellent value for cost.

The staff, the breakfast and de room.
The noise of others rooms is a litle bit annoying.

Booked 2 nights. Ended up...
The room was not the cleanest. Carpet was dirty and marks on the wall. When lying in bed we felt itchy and like tiny insects walk on us. Very noisy place. Not entirely the propoerties fault
The location is excellent, near the metro with three lines. The hotel felt cozy and welcoming, nice feeling after a long day out.
The rooms are quite small, but maybe this is how similar hotels are in Paris...
Very nice location and helpful staff. Clean and cosy room, got all we needed. Definitely recommended!
Unbeatable location near three Metro lines (5, 6, 7), 25-30 minutes away from all the main sights, fair price for Paris in a nice area, friendly staff and warm, clean cozy place with a lift :)
A little dated but everything is functional, so will come back again.
location is ok not in the center or in walking distance but close to many transportation and it was convient.Room was ok and clean, had minibar-tea machine which is a plus for me. Friendly staff too.
We stayed 2 nights. For first night they gave us ground floor room which is not like in the photos and since considering we also paid not less it was unfair.. the room was useless big and was hard to warm it up, the toilet has shower but no curtains or cabinet at all which was not useful, couldnt have the shower because of this plus it was cold too.. plus it was near by the breajfast area so we were hearing people eating, coffee machine sound since very early in the morning.. plus it was under staircases so we always hear people walking down through stairs.. couldnt sleep as i wanted for whole night plus i got up early because of these breakfast buffet sounds..we wanted to change the room but they said that it is all full but they change the room the other day. To be honest, the hotel shouldnt sell that room like the other rooms price it was not pleasant and made us felt unfair. The regular room upstairs was definetely good, clean and worth to money.. so i wish they didnt give us that room in the first place.
Super good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, everything was very clean.
Most of the rooms are very small but still functional.
Everyone who works at the hotel are wonderful - been coming here for years and they are terrific; rooms are a good size and everything is clean and tidy.
The building is old, and sound travels so it can get very noisy if someone next door has the TV on too loud, but it is not too much of a dealbreaker.
Nice personnel, great location, comfy bed
Room a bit too hot
Its location. Proximity to metro link. Very helpful staff. Nice and clean room with safe.

The breakfast was ample and varied. There were eggs, pastries, French baguettes and what bread, cheeses, ham, yogurt and fruit. The staff were extra friendly and the room clean and comfortable.
Out of main tourist activity but serviced well with groceries, coffee shops & restaurants. Good breakfast.
Access opposite a police station was tight
Lovely staff, comfortable bed.
Small room. When the window was open, one couldn't move round that side of the bed.
