Hôtel Pastel Paris

Nice location. Very nice small rooms very well designed.

Had to call the police for a noisy neighbor. Hotel did manage the sotuation, but did not offer anything else than excuses although i did not sleep at all

The staff was nice. The location was nice; close to City attractions, shopping, and train station. It was an hour from airport.

The room was extremely small and a hair blow dyer was not in the room.

Absolutely not a 3 star hotel by any standards. Room was extremely, extremely tiny. 2 people could barely fit into the main room with the bed. Smaller than a comparable room that I stayed in Tokyo last year. No refrigerator.

A localização é muito boa. Fica no meio do caminho para a torre e o arco do triunfo. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. A limpeza dos quartos também é muito boa.

O atendimento. O recepcionista nem levantou da cadeira para atender o checkin. Pessoal muito frio e mal educado, parecem mais porteiros de apartamento do que recepcionista de hotel. Os quartos são limpos mas são muito, muito pequenos.

Alexandre was amazing! He was very helpful and polite and answered all of my questions. It was also very helpful that he spoke great English. He is truly an asset to your company. Give him a pay increase!

Room was nice but not spacious. Close by several restaurants and not far from Metro. Was not far of a walk to Eifel Tower and other Paris sights.

For the price, everything was fine.

I felt very comfortable. I was able to communicate with most staff, and they were very accommodating and helpful whether it was asking for an iron or where to flag a taxi. The bed was so comfortable.. I wish i was able to sleep in it more! The location was great.. taxis and the metro were a short walk away. The breakfast was perfect.

The bathroom was very small. There is no safe in the room, but it is available in the luggage holding area. I'm not sure if it was just my phone or the outlets, but even with an adaptor and converter, my phone was not charging correctly.

The room was so cute and clean (looked exactly like the photos!), the staff were so kind and helpful, and the location could not have been better for the price. Bonus — you can store luggage there after checkout. I visited for a girls trip and would recommend this hotel to others.

Cleanliness, decor, location. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok - good value for money.

The sound insulation is very poor. I heard a lot of sounds from adjacent rooms and the corridor. Ear buds are a must if you need a good night’s sleep.
