Super friendly staff: the Lady at reception even offered us breakfast on our arrival! ;)Great Location, very close to Gare Du Nord, but also to Metro Poissonnière.15-20 minutes walk to Sacre Coeur. Nice shops around.

It was not a problem for us, but in case you are on the 6th floor, the lift takes you to the 5th and there there a few steps to the next floor.

Nothing but would have appreciated more for breakfast eg eggs though what was on offer was deliciously fresh

Surprisingly spacious room and excellent location - quiet and central. The breakfast was basic but good. Could have more variety.

I really enjoyed my stay at Résidence du Pré. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city from this area. There are markets and beautiful Paris cafés nearby, and it’s very close to metro lines and within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord, which is a big plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. I have stayed here before and would happily stay again.

I didn’t experience any major negative issues during my stay.

No good coffee and no water for drink or for coffee.Shower needs a full door.Complimentary bottle of water needed.

The location is excellent - good walking distance from Gare du Nord and (like most of Paris!) close to metro and bus stops. Friendly neighbourhood with lots of little cafes and bars so plenty of options right by the hotel if you just need to pop out.

Nothing to change, came back to stay at this hotel because we love it!!!

Staire and elevetor were narrow.It was bit dengarous.

Everything was as expected, and this was located in a quiet neighbourhood near the metro and the Gare (east).Bedrooms were quite spacious, as was the bathroom. Polite staff as well!

Residénce du Pré is a great hotel with a lovely staff. They welcomed me and my partner very well and they gave us the best tips for Paris. Also, it wasn't any problem to leave or luggage, since we arrived a few hours too early. And when we checked out, it also wasn't any problem to leave our luggage, since our train back home was leaving a few hours later. The staircases look a bit old, but the rooms were very new and super clean. I would totally recommend this hotel, which is very close to Gare du Nord.

Only the breakfast could have maybe a bit more options, but it was fine.

Good location, very quiet to have a rest after busy day. 3 min to subway , but if you like to walk, almost all famous locations are reachable by feet. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable beds, bathrooms renovated.

Breakfast is ok, but not much to select from. Poor walls' soundproof, but was ok after 23.00

Well situated. Short walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. Short walk to Metro station. Very kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Front desk staff and breakfast hosts speak fairly good English.

The weather could have been better but that has nothing to do with the hotel

Very tidy, comfortable and clean room with all necessary amenities, including tea and coffee. We stayed for 3 nights: the area felt safe, the hotel was quiet, and the daily cleaning was excellent.There are plenty of cafés nearby, several metro stations, and Gare du Nord is about a 10-minute walk away. Sacré-Coeur, Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra Garnier are also within walking distance.Great price for a hotel of this level. Highly recommended

The room was very comfortable, everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax.The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. It was convenient for exploring the area, with restaurants, shops, and transportation all just a short walk away. Despite being central, it still felt calm and peaceful.Breakfast was excellent. There was a great variety of fresh options, and everything tasted delicious and the staff made sure everything was well stocked.I loved the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return.Thank you so much Willian and Miss... (I forgot her name... ups, sorry!!!) she's very, very, very lovely and polite, thank you!!!

Welcoming staff

Breakfast was appalling. Little space, no seats, barely any choice.

Very nice hotel extremely well located for the Gare du Nord and Eurostar trains. Great for exploring Montmartre and very close to a Metro underground station. Staff were really helpful. We really appreciated the left luggage and were able to check out and leave our cases until later in the day to enjoy more of Paris before our train left.
