My kids and I love everything about this hotel! The location is quiet and safe. Staff are professional and pleasant. Breakfast and happy hour are special things we looked forward to. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Paris very special!!!

Prices are tripled in last three years, i will check prices for my next visit. There is no loyalty program

Great staff, room and hotel cleanliness and above all professionalism of the concierge and front of the hotel people. Last but not least is the cafe M breakfast, starting with food and outstanding service, specifically Axel who we had chance to meet and talk.

The Staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was travelling with my elderly mother and they went out of their way to make her stay accessible and enjoyable. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to major attractions.

Nice location, easy access to many attraction points, friendly staff, good breakfastOverall, very positive experience. Definitely; I may stay there again and i suggest to everyone if it is inline with your budget.

Despite all positive points mentioned, i believe it is still expensive comparing to similar hotel in Europe.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, they even send us a fresh baked cake with receipt in a card , the cake was delicious! Location is good, quiet area and close for shopping , short taxi drive to all the main sightseeing places .

Would be nice if there was a swimming pool , restaurant food was really good , would be better if the menu has more choices .

Great location, very clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast and fantastic service

We travelled with our 5 month old baby and the hotel were so accommodating and couldn’t do more for us. When we arrived at the hotel, the cot was already set up in our spacious room, a bottle warmer had been placed in the room and a baby bath! Complementary drink at the hotel bar between 5-7 is also a really nice touch. All staff were so friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Hayat Madeline!From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and taken care of. A special shoutout to Emily (Hazal) and Lousine (Amine), they were absolutely wonderful! Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made my experience exceptional.The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower, it was breathtaking, especially at night. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out, making my stay even more enjoyable.Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Hayat Madeline to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Paris. I can’t wait to return!
