Excellent location, smooth check-in/-out, friendly staff. The room had everything we needed.

Noise insulation not the best, could hear everything happening in the corridor and some noise from the other rooms. Especially in the morning the room cleaner in the corridor was quite loud so sleeping in was not really possible. Room was also very dusty.

Nothing. Could not stay here - had to move to a different hotel upon arrival.

Absolutely horrible location and as soon as we walked in, the staff was nothing but rude. The bag storage did not have locks, and we did not feel safe staying here. The website says check in is at 12, while the staff insisted it was at 2:00.

The wiki doesn't work - you can barely use it for browsing (and forget checking email or doing remote work). The hot water didn't several evening. You are not allowed to use the common area after 11:30pm

Location and providing 3 beds in the room.

The description online said it had a bar and room service¿that was a bit misleading.

I really like the hotel for the perfectly clear rooms and for the amazing place, is in the centre of Paris! The staff was wonderful and helpful, always with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely the best, with bacon and eggs and pancakes. I want to return as soon as possible :). Really thanks!

Really nice and comfortable room very nice cute French balcony. Clean bathroom. The reach to different parts of the city was really easy by Metro.

Staff were very unkind, not very welcoming and really rude.That’s why we decided to give it a 5 or else it would’ve been a 10

The hotel was in an amazing place. Close to the metro, about 15min to every major attraction. The balcony was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable.

The bedding was a little dirty and there was old blood on the curtains in our room. Room was quite small but didn’t mind it that much as we didn’t spend that much time inside. Staff were alright.

Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. The location is central to the metro system and we were able to travel to locations easily using metro and bus.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect.

AC didn't always work. Elevator didn't work. Breakfast is not included and extra....

Very smallThe corridors dumped with laundry at all times making difficult to take luggage in or even walk .reception staff are impatient and jump at you for any questions.not only me ,I saw it happen with others too .breakfast is same everyday .

Wonderful location, easy to get to from Gare du Nord. 3 Metro lines 100 metres from the hotel meant you could access all of Paris easily. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice - free coffee and tea available throughout the day. Nice friendly atmosphere with very helpful staff. I liked the reusable glass water bottles for the room. Nicely decorated rooms and very quiet despite being next to the road. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Good use of space in the room.

The room we chose was quite small, we would take a larger room next time.

The location was perfect close to metro and bus stops and some great restaurants and a nice 20-30 min walk to the eiffel tower or u can get on bus quickly too either way.

The Front desk staff member who checked us in at times can be very rude and short and as paying customers it made us feel uncomfortable and unwell. the walls are very thin and you can hear everything was woken up in the middle the night to loud bangs such as people slamming their doors.

The location was magical.Great access to the metro, train and buses.Shopping was fabulous.Street markets avaliable at various close locationsRestaurant Cafe Patisseries were plentiful and splendid.The Hotel was 3 star and great value.

Unfortunately the rooms were hot and at night we slept with the bathroom windows open, we stayed over New Year, it was cold outside.

Not far from stuff, but walking north towards some more interesting streets is about 15 min. The street, end of the year 2025, is quite silent. Personel is kind.

Our neighbours were quite quiet, but we could hear them talk, so the walls are not that thick. Our room was fine but quite small. A bed, small closet for clothes, fine bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink. With two people, can get a bit chaotic with clothes and other stuff.
