    • - boa localização
    • Very pleasant hotel that was on the cheaper side in the area we were looking. Staff were informative and friendly. Room is small which is normal for Paris, but clean and warm, and beds were plenty comfy. Have to walk up one flight of stairs, but then there is a little lift after then. Perfect if you're staying a couple nights. Is in the theatre district if that's your bag, but also easy to walk to Gare du Nord / Est (20 mins), or down to the Seine or into the Marais more. Great croissants and coffee nearby.
    • I did not have breakfast at the hotel. My room was clean & bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr Faruq.I would stay at this hotel again.

    Cons -

    • The shower was hand held, and didn't have a rest on the wall it could sit on - I find this ridiculous in 2026. Sachets of shampoo, but not conditioner. To me, don't have either if you're only going to have one.
    • Location was a bit far from main attraction areas and I had to take subway but it overall this wasn’t a big deal.

Kind staffing. Very helpful and cheerful. The place smell very nice.

The stairs, it would be hard for someone with health issues/stamina/ or disability. As you have to carry your luggage up some stairs then down again, just to get to the reception desk. Then up some stairs before reaching an elevator. Then you go up one more flight of stairs if you’re on the 5th floor. It wouldn’t bother much if you don’t have much luggage and in good shape, but for some it can be a lot to handle.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was just okay, but the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. The breakfast was absolutely horrible — I strongly recommend not ordering it.The worst part was the older man at the reception. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and he completely ruined what could have been a nice stay. He didn’t even allow us to leave our luggage after checkout, which made everything even more inconvenient. The hotel is located in a bad area, and because of this man’s attitude, I would never, ever stay here again. He truly spoiled my entire experience.

The building itself was nice, and the location was very convenient for me: plenty of cafes in the close proximity and the metro. I could easily reach the most famous landmarks either on foot or by subway. My room faced the road, as I had requested, but it was still quiet at night. The facilities were comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the accessibility of the property.Breakfast quite repetitive but solid - good selection of chees, no meat at all but very okay for us. Orange juice from an internal producer - very good tasteReception opened 24h. Towels changed daily. Beds made daily to check-in standards. Minifridge is a added bonus for a 3 star hotel. AC was fantastic. Furniture a bit outdated but functional an without odors. Bathroom spotless clean, no molds around the bathtub, no public toilet odors. Room small but hey, it is Paris. The surroundings offer plenty of choices for lunch/dinner. Some streets have lots of weird-looking people, but in 2-3 days you get accustomed to. Subway station nearby, as well as convenient shops. A very good place to stay, serviced by very nice staff, always eager to help and give you tips.

Some of the streets nearby. Do not feel comfortable at late hours.

Excellent location inside the historic area of Paris, comfortable rooms and beyond excellent personnel treatment

Bath tub it's a little dangerous to use as a shawer

Our room had a queen and twin bed, perfect for the 3 of us. Working air conditioning, mini fridge and small soap and shampoo items for use. Clean and well-kept rooms. We didn’t try their breakfast so can’t comment on that. The staff were warm and super friendly!! We liked that you had to be buzzed into the building, and they collected the room key every time we left, as added steps of security.

Not as close to the tourist attractions so had to plan travel time every day, but I knew that when I reserved the room. The reception area is up a flight of spiral stairs, then we were able to use the small lift.

    7SuziePosted on: 6-18-2025

The room was small but clean and comfortable, the location was great close to public transport, bus, metro, so many restaurants around variety of option for dinning, many theatres in the area. An of course not forgetting the excellent customer care.

The lift is only from the first floor so it's a little bit of hustle to carry bags from the reception area to the first floor.

    9MargarytaPosted on: 6-9-2025

Room was quite big as for Paris, it was also quiet and comfortable. The staff is very nice and polite.

The area around doesn’t feel safe.

    8JayabrataPosted on: 6-7-2025

People were very helpful. Being senior citizen, the receptionist helped us to carry our luggage. The location is very central with metro ( 1 min walk) and main railway station ( 5 min walk). Louvre and other places are within 15-20 mins walk. Many food joints available nearby, including Bengali Restaurants.

To climb one floor before the elevator. However staff helped in taking the luggage.

We had a truly wonderful stay at CosMotel, and one of the standout highlights was the incredible hospitality of the owner, François. From the moment we arrived, François went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease. His warmth and friendliness made a real difference to our experience.François was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering us countless recommendations on where to go, what to see, and how to get there. Whether it was planning day trips or finding hidden local gems, his advice was always spot-on and clearly came from genuine passion and deep local knowledge. Even when we needed taxis, he was happy to call them for us—always with a smile and never making us feel like we were asking too much. What truly set François apart, though, was how caring he was when my wife suddenly felt unwell. Without hesitation, he helped us get to a hospital and showed true concern for her wellbeing. His kindness and calm support during that stressful moment meant more than we can express.CosMotel is a lovely place to stay, but it’s François who makes it exceptional. Thank you again for everything—your kindness won’t be forgotten.

Big room and great bathroom. The staff is really helpful

Only one outlet, no additional power splitter or anything

    8TessiePosted on: 4-20-2025

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were always very nice and helpful with everything we needed.

The area seemed quite noisy at night.

    10ElliPosted on: 3-31-2025

Helpful and friendly staff that are there 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean and spacious with a decent sized bathroom. Can’t fault the place

    6HannahPosted on: 3-31-2025

Very clean, extremely nice and helpful staff

Very thin walls, could hear every door opening and closingRoom was very small.

    8ElinaPosted on: 3-21-2025

Close to the metro, very good location for nightlife and restaurants just around the corner. Windows have good sound isolation, so didn't hear too much from the street. The cat in the lobby 10/10- an absolute sweetheart!

The bed was small, and the blanket didn't have a proper cover.
