Altona is in Paris, less than 0.3 miles from Gare du Nord Train and Eurostar Station and 0.6 miles from Sacré-Cœur Basilica. It has a 24-hour front desk and offers free Wi-Fi access. Each room has simple décor and comes with a TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. All rooms are accessible by an elevator. A continental breakfast is served every morning in the dining room at hotel Altona. It is 130 yards from the Barbès-Rochechouart Metro station, which gives direct access to Chatelet and Pere Lachaise. The Montmartre district with the Moulin Rouge is a 10 minute walk away.

- They were very accommodating with a requested change to the room to a larger room

- Staff was very kind. Location is good because it is close to "Gare du Nord", but someone needs to pay attention about walking around alone at night. Price is not bad.
Cons -
- The first room was a bit smaller than the pictures looked despite being clean and tidy
- Internet didn't work in the first night, but it was solved the next day morning. Lift didn't work when I was leaving the hotel with my big luggage, so I needed to use the stairs. I know problems may happens in such a place, so it was not too bad.
