Staff were great. Location not bad at all. Pictures of hotel are totally misleading- much nicer!

Floors dirty. Rooms noisy one night -attracts fashion models which is fun but annoying at midnight with a a young family

The room itself was very bright and clean. The bed was comfortable. Towels were changed and room was cleaned every day. They had a cute cafeteria area that had coffee and a microwave etc. Loaner adapter/converter was very helpful.

The location was okay. It was walking distance to two metros and supermarkets and little restaurants but I would not have felt comfortable as a woman walking alone at night. During the day and with my boyfriend I felt totally comfortable.

Perfect location for the hotel. Room temperature was great.

Bed was horrible, I felt every spring in the mattress and was difficult to rest and sleep. Staff not very helpful and difficult to communicate with. Also they lock the front door at night

The location was perfect. The manager / owner who worked daytime hours on the weekdays, was extremely helpful and fluent in English. He helped me out several times. Restaurant recommendation was perfect and locations on the map that he gave me were perfect. All much appreciated.

It doesn’t even meet basic standards

I didn’t like the bathroom. The shower and toilet are connected. I didn’t like how it’s apparently a 3 star hotel that doesn’t have clean sheets or carpet. My room smells like cigarettes. I had to sleep with a mask on. That’s how bad it stank of cigarettes. I think returning the key when you want to step outside is a terrible choice for the hotel. They should invest in some cards for guest to unlock the doors.

Clean, comfortable beds, good shower. Staff helpful. Good location short walk to a number of public transport options.

Hairdryer in room 302 was very poor..

The location

The bathroom and toilet were combined, and the shower water flowed directly onto the toilet. Everything got wet as there was only a curtain-like divider. In addition, the mattress had a deep sag where everyone sleeps and was very hard, making it uncomfortable.

This hotel is beautifully maintained; the staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. They’re located a short walk to the metro/subway station. We loved every minute of our stay.Also, AC!

It took me almost an hour to find the hotel because the name of the hotel covered by the leaves, and also the number of the building is not in the correct order with other building. One more thing is the staff quite unfriendly.

Staff were very helpful and courteous, the room was decent, had everything I needed: fridge, kettle, AC, black out windows at night, so I had a comfortable stay, I would stay again.

I wake up super early so I have no choice but to eat Hôtel breakfast, and it was super basic, meats cheese and croissant, I would have loved more variety.

The location of the hotel is great. bars, restaurants (any kind of restaurant) bistros, cinemas... you name it. they are all nearby. On the other side of the street is a small bar on the corner. you get baguette with cheese for 4 Euro and the coffee is also quite cheap. You don´t need breakfast at the hotel. the bed is very comfortable. the room is small but good enough for me. when I am in Paris, I want to see the city instead of being in the hotel during daytime. The hotel is open night and day 24/7. there is always somebody at the reception. No need to carry the key with you.It’s been the fourth of fifth time I stayed in this hotel. Next time I book it again.

Our experience wasn’t the best, the duvet covers were dirty, the cups were not cleaned properly, the toilet seat was broken and the safe was not secured to the wall or ground, and the carpets were too old. It felt weird staying here as we were convinced that we were the only ones staying here, which was odd because it was during the Paris Olympics and it should’ve been a lot busier. Disappointing that there was no fridge in the room when it was stated that there was a minibar in the room features. We also didn’t like the fact that we had to drop off the keys at reception each time we left the building and then had to ask for the keys again on return, needless to say, we had to always carry our passport and valuables each time we went out. Generally not a very welcoming hotel. I wouldn’t be surprised if we were the last guests to stay here!

The room was clean and cozy. Bathroom-same. Location was very good and near to main sightseeing-spots.

The claim from staff to leave the roomkeys at the reception all times you are going out from the hotel. Then the need to ask for it every time you are going back to the room. Feels quite uncomfortable and a bit unrespectable. The staff needs to work on their trust issues towards the guests. Also I did not learn the number of my room because i remembered where the room is and had the key. The next time i needed to ask for my key at the reception it became a problem to get the right key. Quite annoying situation...
